His limbs, arms and legs protrude from his armor. His arms have navy blue sleeves and on his hands he has aqua-colored latex gloves. On his legs he has pants of a blue tone so dark that it looks black and he wears boots similar to royal blue rain boots. Aside from the middle part of his armor, below where the hole for his supposed face is, he has a small flag of the "Once Upon a Time" castle logo glued on it, which is red, with two yellow stripes and something similar to the drawing of a tower with gold. On top of his armor, he has a strange antenna with a very small, almost unremarkable red flag, also on top of it he carries an unrotten banana peel and an energizing grape drink.

Ash's hair is extremely long and messy, full of knots, it is brown in color, it is so long that sometimes he uses a ponytail to pick it up, he also has a small goatee under his jaw. Ash's total height is 1.60 meters and he weighs 45 kilos, but adding the weight of his armor he weighs 60 kilos.

One of Ash's attributes is to always wear his armor, he never takes it off, if he took it off and someone saw him they would panic. He always carries with him, apart from the armor, a broom that is made of metal, he sweeps with it but also uses it as a weapon to defend himself, such as hitting it against the floor to cause damaging waves or hitting with it. Ash's personality is that of someone who is very easy to get angry, that is, he is very easy to anger, he has an aggressive temperament and constant fits of rage that sometimes he has to solve by eating tranquilizer pills. Ash can be seen as a hopeless grumpy and mean-spirited person, but deep down he wants to have friends with whom he can express himself well, he really wouldn't like to be someone so angry, he would like to be someone kind and without insecurities in himself. Something impossible due to the traumas of his past.

Since his childhood, Ash was abandoned by his parents because they called him a freak for having a large black mole on his face, since he was little he isolated himself from society, hiding his true appearance in multiple ways, such as with garbage bags, cardboard boxes etc. He could never go to school because they even judged him there, Ash often ate from the garbage, this becoming a habit, making his body adapt to this type of non-nutritious food, making him eat it easily. One day Ash found a poster from the castle "Once upon a time", where they promised that it was the place of dreams, he undoubtedly agreed to go, when he was transferred to the castle he met many people there. Unfortunately for him, they made him the castle's janitor, being overworked there, very barely taking a break even for himself.

He has childhood traumas that have led him to have depression but a lot of anger inside him, he has, you could say, post-traumatic stress. He also has the disorder of "pica" or "mischief", this makes him not eat very nutritious things, be it garbage, toxic waste, etc. He has very low self-esteem so he is always hiding in his armor, he has problems socializing and barely talks to people. He talks more with rats than people themselves.

Grom: He is the one who knows the castle the most, a muscular, blond Russian who always hides in a hooded cloak, perhaps his best friend.

Shelly: They know her as the princess of the castle, she always goes barefoot and has long white gloves, she has a blue Cinderella-style dress and pink hair that is tied back.

Draco: He is a member with the appearance of a knight who is a fan of role-playing and dragons, he has a helmet that protrudes from his red hair, his eyes are yellow.

Angelo: He knows him as the cupid of love, he castrates Ash a lot, he hates that he shoots everyone for love or that he comes to bother him from time to time.

Pam: She is the queen of the castle, she wears a black dress and has a dragon on her back, Ash hates her.

Sprout and Barley: They are two robots that get along well with Ash, they are in charge of the fauna and decoration of the castle.

Byron: A wizard with a long beard who is Queen Pam's right-hand man. Ash sees him as a dirty old man.

Chester: He's a jester who is annoying to Ash, he hates that he plays too many jokes, it drives him crazy.

Colt: A former commissioner who takes refuge in the castle as a fugitive, Ash doesn't pay attention to him.

Jessie: She is a little knight who is still a child and wanders around the castle, Ash simply ignores her.

Gus: He's a ghost child that Ash never takes seriously, not until he really scares him.

Moe: A blind mouse adopted by his best friend Grom. Although Ash loves rats, he finds them annoying, causing him stress and nervousness, causing destruction with his handmade drill. They drive him crazy and sometimes he demands Grom to take them away.
