Physical: The Monkey King is an anthropomorphic ape of a relatively similar size to an average human. He has orange fur covering his body and tail, and peach skin on his torso, face, ears, knees, hands, and feet. The fur on his head is either slicked back or spiked up, depending on his appearance. He has a pink heart-shaped marking on his face, golden eyes with a wing outline, and bushy black eyebrows.

Clothing: He wears black pants and boots, with a red tunic, with cloud-shaped decorations at the tips and a black belt around his waist.

The Monkey King is a self-confident individual, especially in battle. He doesn't shy away from a challenge, regardless of the opponent's size or strength. He often "play dumb" or act a little silly to lighten the mood. Despite his bombastic attitude, the Monkey King suffers from terrible stage fright.

Long, long ago, the Monkey King was born from a magic stone at the top of Flower Fruit Mountain . After being born, the Monkey King befriended the monkeys on the mountain, after jumping into Shuilian Cave , he received the title of Monkey King and lived with his fellow monkeys. He went to Chang'an , wearing plants as clothing and claiming to be the Monkey King, as he can talk like an average human. The Monkey King would later be trained by Master Subodhi at the Temple of the Tilted Moon and Three Stars , learning his 72 Transformations and gaining the ability to summon a magic cloud . Hoping to find a weapon, the Monkey King traveled to the Eastern Sea and took the Eastern Dragon's Golden Staff , which was originally a pillar in the palace. The Monkey King then befriended the Six-Eared Macaque, who also lived on Flower Fruit Mountain
