Neptune is friendly and somewhat curious with people he barely knows. He can be shy, but once you manage to forge a friendship with him, he's quite trusting! She always wears warm clothes. She doesn't like to stray from her orbit, but she rarely does so when it comes to adventures. She enjoys being with her moons, although her relationship with her largest moon, Triton, isn't the best. He likes to do silly things or joke around, always changing his form. She doesn't like mean people, although she doesn't really care... she doesn't take them too seriously, after all, she easily forgets them!
