Tengen Uzui (宇う髄ずい 天てん元げん, Uzui Tengen?) was a major supporting character in Kimetsu no Yaiba. Tengen was a Demon Slayer and the former Pillar of Sound (音おと柱ばしら, Oto Bashira?) of the Demon Slayer Corps. Tengen was a very tall, heavyset, bulky and muscular build man with slightly tanned skin. His hair was white and of uneven length, with the longest strands reaching his shoulders and styled with three shorter, noticeable locks that arched to fall as bangs between his eyes and on either side of his face. He had very thin, fuchsia-colored eyes that appeared to be slanted inward, each with a long eyelash that flowed to the other side of his face. During his days in the Demon Slayer Corps, Tengen wore a customized version of the standard Demon Slayer uniform, which featured a black dyed turquoise hue along with a burgundy cloth wrap around his calves where his hakama pants fastened and white sandals. Despite being a shinobi who traditionally valued completing a mission above all else, Tengen rejected that ideology after seeing its effect on his family. He believed that his subordinates, be it his wives or the Demon Slayers under his command, should value their lives and the lives of innocents above their missions or his own. Tengen possessed a highly developed sense of hearing similar to Zenitsu's. This ability allowed him to hear deep underground, in underground canals and caves beneath him. His outfit consisted of the regular Demon Slayer uniform along with a cape that has the white-yellow gradient pattern and red flame-like crests at the tips.

His hakama is tied at the ankles with a pair of cloths with a design resembling flames, zori shoes with red ties and black socks. His Nichirin sword has a tsuba in the shape of a flame and the blade of his katana is crimson red. Of all the pillars, Kyojuro was the most enthusiastic of all, being by far the most conscious of his mission, however, he could afford to be eccentric.

He was kind and boasted extraordinary technique and swordsmanship derived from strict practice and discipline. He was an honorable warrior who adhered to his code of morals and principles that were instilled in him by his mother at a young age, the most important thing to him being that those who were born strong have a duty to protect the weak.

Obanai Iguro (伊い黒ぐろ小お芭ば内ない, Iguro Obanai?) is a Demon Slayer and member of the Demon Slayer Pillars, known as the Snake Pillar within the Demon Extermination Corps. Obanai is a man of medium height with cream-colored skin and black hair with heterochromia: his left eye is turquoise and his right eye is yellow. His hair is long, styled in such a way that it appears to be cut in flat extensions, with a fringe divided in two down the middle of his forehead into two thick strands; another characteristic feature of the character is that his mouth is covered in bandages which hides his facial expressions. As a child, Obanai had waist-length hair that he wore tied behind his back with a white bandage and a normal-looking mouth. He wore a simple white kimono. Obanai is a very harsh and strict person who shows no concern for those who do not abide by the Demon Slayers' rules. His expectations for his fellow Slayers are almost unrealistic, scolding Tengen Uzui for sustaining serious injuries against the "weaker" Upper Moon and telling him to "fight to the death" when Tengen insists on retreating. Tengen's retirement also highlights Obanai's devotion to the future of the Demon Slayer Corps, often at the expense of others, such as when he ties up lower-ranking Slayers and uses them as obstacles during Hashira training for relatively petty reasons. He also views new recruits as weak and incapable of improvement, expressing surprise when Tengen informs him that Tanjiro Kamado survived the battle with Daki and Gyutaro.

Despite his ruthless personality, there are two people he cares deeply for: Kagaya Ubuyashiki and Mitsuri Kanroji. He has a crush on Mitsuri, which is what most of his classmates have picked up on, save for Tanjiro and Mitsuri herself. He often lets his feelings shine through by sharing meals with her and giving her gifts, such as the green socks he wears with his uniform. Obanai seems to let his overprotectiveness towards Mitsuri show at times, such as when he threatens Tanjiro for getting too close to her. Talking to her also made him forget all of the struggles and conflicts he had faced in his past and made him feel like he was just an ordinary young man. Like all Hashira, Obanai also has a great deal of respect for Kagaya.

Obanai is also noted to possess an immense sense of self-loathing due to the fact that he was born into a selfish and immoral clan that would mercilessly sacrifice even newborn children to a demon for their own monetary gain. Obanai considers himself and his family to be so tainted that years after they were killed, he still felt as if his family was digging their nails into his skin to ensure he couldn't go anywhere. He even goes so far as to believe that in order to be worthy of Mitsuri, he would first have to die and be cleansed of his corrupted blood before confessing his feelings to her. His upbringing also seems to be the cause of his gynophobia, as he was born into a family of only women who treated him like a tool. The trauma of his past can also be seen in the form of the bandages on his face that he puts on to cover up the nasty scars he received, never taking them off until the final battle. Obanai has an incredible sense of determination, continuing the fight against Muzan even after he is completely blinded and covered in wounds. She is a Demon Slayer of the Demon Slayer Corps and the current Love Hashira (PeroYoperoばしら, Koi Bashira?). Mitsuri is a curvaceous young woman with a deceptively muscular build and pale complexion. Kagaya Ubuyashiki (産うぶ屋や敷しき 耀かが哉や, Ubuyashiki Kagaya?) is a character in the Kimetsu no Yaiba franchise. He was the 97th leader of the Demon Slayer Corps[2] known primarily as Oyakata-sama (お館やかた様さま, Oyakata-sama?) by his subordinates and peers. He was the leader of the Ubuyashiki clan[3] until his suicidal attack on Muzan Kibutsuji[4]. Kagaya was a tall, thin young man with fair, pale skin. His black hair extended to his shoulders[5]. He had large eyes[6] of a peculiar purple color[7]. Most of the time, he used to have a friendly and reassuring look.

Due to a strange curse, a mark spread over his entire body over time[8], making it look as if his skin was decomposing. By the time of his death, the mark had caused him to go blind and he was unable to move[9]. Muzan Kibutsuji, upon Kagaya's death, described it as the smile of a Buddha[10].

He usually wore a black kimono with a long white kimono jacket[11] with a pink[12] and purple mist pattern starting around his lower back/waist.[13] Kagaya was a kind and calm-tempered person. He always showed genuine care and appreciation for all of the members of the Demon Extermination Corps, even to the point of regarding them as his own children.[14] He was able to handle criticism well and was honest about his weaknesses; one of them being his inability to become a hunter despite being its main leader. To make up for this, he would remember each member of the corps and visit the deceased members[15] at their graveyard daily until the day he was no longer able to move due to the curse.[16] While he could come across as lenient, he paid due consideration to reason; His manner of speaking, while generally fluent and gentle, was extremely tactful; using words and intonations in a manner that the person he was speaking to would listen to. His low-key and charismatic speech was even capable of making people like the initially passive Muichiro Tokito and the impulsive Sanemi Shinazugawa listen to what he had to say without saying or conveying anything that would upset them.[17]

Towards his own relatives, such as his children, Kagaya was quite strict due to his family's curse. However, he displayed the same gentle aura and behavior towards them.[18]

This fluency in his way of speaking allows him to hide ulterior motives towards other individuals, such is the case of Muzan, to whom in his last moments he hid his intentions of assassinating him by means of a suicidal explosion, surprising the King of Demons with his action [19]. Foresight: In addition to his special voice, Kagaya (and the rest of the Ubuyashiki family) possessed a heightened level of instinct that could help them avoid disastrous situations and amass a great deal of wealth and fortune. Due to this instinct, Kagaya accurately made several guesses about multiple things that ultimately proved to be true and accurate without him knowing any prior information, as seen when he accurately predicted that Muzan Kibutsuji's only remaining weakness was the sun and could not be destroyed by decapitation.[21]
