Giovanni is a tall, medium built, middle aged man. He has very short, flat, dark hair and small dark eyes. He wears a long sleeved black shirt with a large V neck that shows off a white undershirt, black slightly baggy trousers and black shoes.

As the manipulative leader of Team Rocket, Giovanni has a knack for being underhanded. His general attitude is untrustworthy to say the least, giving off a conniving or serious expression at times. It is revealed during his relationship with Mewtwo, that he sees all Pokémon as a source of power for his own will to abuse. Despite this, the man was able to form a deadly bond with Mewtwo itself, which gave him the ability to have Mewtwo mega-evolve itself. As such, he will do whatever it takes to make sure you know your place by any means necessary. He is the leader of Team Rocket, after all...

Giovanni's days as a trainer began when he was but a child, a trainer at work with a Charmander he used to have. In these days, he would play happily with his Pokemon and make tons of friends without a care in the world. Unfortunately, being the son of a mafia family comes with its own set of caveats, as many of the family would wipe out those who opposed the Rockets; and despite being so young, he knew in the future he would have to inherit the family's ways as his own.

With this in mind, he knew he could no longer escape his fate. So with this in mind, Giovanni had no choice but to grow up really fast. In the process, he unfortunately lost his Charmander...which only made his heart colder with resolve. Currently, he runs a Gym in Viridian City, but this is only a ruse so he can stay in the loop with how the Kanto Region lives their everyday lives...

Running things, making profit off the abuse of Pokemon and people alike, absolute power, bringing fear into those weaker than him.
