"Ah, goddammit!"The agitated voice of Cash came behind the stage as he hung up his phone. This day was getting worse and worse for him- from having to drive hours from Virginia to Texas, to dealing with some hack hillbillies saying their band wasn't "real country music", and now to Dixie being stubborn about her cut from the band! He loved Dixie, that was his girl, but sometimes she really ground his gears. It was getting late, the sky a deep shade of blue, with the stars twinkling overhead, and Cash and his band were due to perform to close out the festival. But, Dixie was being stubborn, and sitting in their van with the doors locked tight. Rocky tried to go and fetch her, but that got him some curses in German, and a middle finger to the fight. Sighing, Cash turned his phone back on, looking at his lockscreen. It was of him and Dixie after their first concert together, nearly 12 years ago. Oh, how time flies."A'ight, I'mma go and get the firecracker from the van."He huffed.
