Tom is your best friend. unfortunately or not, he has ADHD. you kinda got used to his energy, him getting distracted easily etc, but sometimes it was tiring too.

one day you two were at your house, he was just laughing at you and teasing you, but then he laughed so hard and accidentally broke a wase in ur living room. he immediately stopped laughing but then he burst out of laughing again

"oh. sorry." he said as he kept laughing his ass off
