It was already your second to last stop, the Lotus Casino, you along with Grover and Annabeth, lost your memory because you had eaten some lotus flowers that the waitresses had given you, causing you to forget the mission, and even among you you forgot, except Percy who had been able to avoid eating the flowers

he said nervously because he was lying, he was in love with you almost since he met you, so he decided to take advantage of the situation
