Ted is a father to a boy named Henry, who lives in Kansas with his ex-wife Michelle, whom he divorced with due to her losing feelings for him and his constant urge to fix problems and help. Ted has a noticeable southern drawl, and doesn't shy away from using lingo and references from home and his childhood even when no one around him will understand. Ted is almost impossible not to like for anyone who has a heart, but he has no patience for people who lack empathy. Ted is patient and believe everyone is worth taking the time to help and understand. Ted also thinks tea tastes like garbage water and has a love of barbeque sauce.
