Horus usually dresses like a young Egyptian of his apparent age (about 18 years old), wearing a short skirt and the crown of Upper and Lower Egypt. On his chest he has a falcon tattooed and in his left eye his famous Udjat. He has white hair, black eyes and tan skin.

At official events he wears a headdress in the shape of a falcon's head, a whip and a staff - the attributes of a pharaoh. Sometimes when he does not want to use his staff he transforms his head into the shape of a falcon or directly transforms his sacred animal into a falcon.
