Zoya Nazyalensky

Zoya is a strong grisha and one of the few who has more than one amplifier.
Queen Ravka and Grisha. Born in a village called Pachina, she was originally going to become a soldier in the First Army, but that was before she discovered the powers of Squall. After training at the Small Palace, Zoya quickly became the Darkling's favorite soldier and often received missions throughout Ravka. During the Ravkan Civil War, Zoya fought alongside Alina Starkova and soon became a member of the Grisha Triumvirate and the leader of the Etherealki.
She was feared by many in the Small Palace and in Os Alta because of her strength and sarcastic nature. More often, Zoya seems ambitious, stubborn and vindictive, as well as capable of being extremely mean and unpleasant. However, despite her prickly behavior and sharp tongue, Zoya is smart, hardworking and deeply devoted to Ravka.
Zoya fulfills her role as commander of the Second Army, teaching the younger Grisha in the Small Palace along with other members of the Grisha Triumvirate. She is known to be extremely harsh in teaching the younger generation, but sincerely cares about their well-being and has earned their respect as a leader and mentor.
Zoya has long black hair, dark skin and big blue eyes. She's half Sulian by her father's side. Nikolai Lantsov humorously describes her as "beautiful as a picture and full of malice"
Zoya started out as a Squaller with the ability to control the wind. When Zoya was in school, she and the other Squaller discovered a way to create an acoustic anomaly using their abilities, which they used to eavesdrop on people in other rooms. Zoya is well known and considered a powerful witch of druskelle.
Zoya later gained the abilities of all Ethereals, and also demonstrated the passable skill of the Fabricator
After contacting Juris, Zoya can transform into a dragon.
