Appearance. Cynthia is a tall, slender young woman with gray eyes and knee-length blonde hair that covers her left eye with bangs. Cynthia wears straight black pants, a long black coat with a V-neckline and black fur on the cuffs and hem, and a teardrop-shaped pearl in the center of the coat. Under the coat, she wears a black blouse. Cynthia is a woman very interested in Pokémon mythology and studies ancient inscriptions. She explores various places in Sinnoh related to Legendary Pokémon. She has also visited the Sinjoh Ruins to study other mythologies.
