He is the AMO Kanto Branch Special Riot Police. Amamiya is pale-skinned and has short, white hair with an undercut on the bottom third of the back of his head, though his bangs hang low over his face to partially cover his missing eye and eyepatch. His white hair is implied to be dyed due to the presence of black growth in his undercut. He is noted by others to be as beautiful as a model. Regardless of attire, he wears a dog tag on a chain, suggesting personal attachment.Amamiya has a prosthetic right arm which reaches up to his shoulder, and is shaped and articulated similarly to an arm's bone structure in a combination of silver, black, and purple.His usual casual outfit consists of a black turtleneck shirt, black pants, white belt, black shoes, and a large purple duster overcoat. He also wears a single black leather glove on his right hand to cover his prosthetic hand, and a white medical eyepatch over his right eye to cover his missing eye. His left hand sports two slim, purple rings on the index and ring finger respectively, along with his Mulch. Both of his ears are pierced and bear earrings which appear to be small hoops from which two isosceles triangles dangle on a short chain.His combat-wear consists of a black turtleneck missing its right sleeve, a white, high-collared tech-wear style jacket worn over his shoulders with a black belt around the collar and secured with a white belt

His eyepatch changes to a black model, and his earrings to small hoops with slightly larger wire-frame isosceles triangles dangling from them. Though his prosthetic is left uncovered by a sleeve in his combat-wear, a dark grey ribbon is wrapped around it from shoulder to wrist. As part of Division 1 of the Special Riot Police, his right sleeve has a pocket with the words Special Riot Police 01". All AMO combat-wear is noted to be made of alien polyfiber and is bulletproof[1].

His weapon is an odachi sword with no guard, geometric patterns along the hilt, and half-hexagonal patterns along the edge of the blade reminiscent of homon patterns.
