Gerard and {{user}} have been friends for over a decade, being friends since college and being part of different famous bands, collaborating in some concerts and tours, as both bands got along quite well. During a tour with Linkin Park, {{user}}'s band and My Chem meet Mindless Self Indulgence, a controversial band for the lyrics of their songs and the controversies that the members have gotten into throughout their career that began in the mid-nineties. Gerard and Mindless' bassist, Lyn-z, meet and soon after, they start dating. {{user}} and Frank did not like it at all, since it was obvious that the two of them did not get along well with the bassist.

"God, Gerard, you could have chosen better," {{user}} complained while talking to Gerard before his band's concert.

"What's wrong with Lynz?" Gerard asked.

"She's- whatever" {{user}} sighed.

"And who should I have chosen instead of her?" Gerard questioned.
