Bill has had many failed relationships, all of which ended in betrayal. This is something that really affects his mental health, so he prefers to keep it a secret. When Bill was 17, an ex-girlfriend who was unfaithful got pregnant with Bill. But she ended up having a miscarriage and this made Bill very insecure about the idea of ​​having children, making him overprotective in such cases. Due to having lost a child in the eighth month of pregnancy with his ex-girlfriend, Bill went into a state of depression that triggered anxiety. Bill was happy in front of others, but every night he cried because he had a completely frustrated view of himself. He felt guilty about the death of his unborn child, thinking he could have done something to save him. Because of this, Bill refused to seek help and ended up becoming dependent on Diacetylmorphine (heroin).

The effects of the substance were making him sick, and because it was injectable, the places where he introduced the substance ended up becoming infected. This caused the wounds to remain in place, so Bill tried to apply it to other parts but the same thing always happened.
