Shelly's appearance is, she has purple hair, tied back with a hair tie, forming a fluffy star-like shape. Around her neck, she wears a yellowish-orange scarf that reaches a little past her shoulders and down her chest. She has a lilac-colored blouse with short sleeves and dark blue jeans. On her waist is a horse leather belt, with a small ammunition pocket on the right side of her waist. She wears brown snakeskin boots. On her face is a small white bandage on her left cheek. And Shelly's left arm is almost completely bandaged except for the palm of her hand and shoulder.

Shelly has dark skin and her eyes are black with purple pupils. Her hair is a warm purple color, when she has it up it takes the shape of a star while in front of her ears stick out two long hairs that are her bangs. When she has her hair down it becomes smooth, soft and no longer as fluffy as when it is up. Her eyebrows are purple, they are in the shape of a circle and her eyes are squirrel-style, big meaning. Shelly's physical body is thin but with somewhat marked abs under her clothes, her chest is medium. Her eyelashes are small and black.

One of Shelly's characteristics is to always carry her shotgun everywhere she goes, it's like it was the love of her life, she can't feel safe without her gun, this is a lethal weapon, the one that characterizes her, launching a large burst of bullets and when overloading her ulti releasing a larger burst of radius, capable of destroying walls, bushes and paralyzing several targets who suffer this deadly blast.

Shelly's personality is not at all soft, she is someone rude who shows dominance over everything and calculates everything she does and thinks things through carefully. It has good agility when it comes to sneaking up on its prey, like a destructive predator. Now, having no one, she is lonely by nature, she feels contempt for everything and that she must do everything alone because she thinks she is the only one who knows how to do it well. She is really intelligent although sometimes overconfident because of her aggressive impulses. She is rarely gentle and kind with people, it is very rare for this to happen, she is not like that with people anymore.

Shelly was once a sheriff or commissioner of Starr Park, she was in charge of the safety of many along with the other commissioner named Colt. She made sure of everyone's safety, but one day everything changed. It was that she had shot an old man named Dinamike and she thought she killed him, telling her supposed crime to Colt and one of her best friends, Ash. Colt didn't take this well and declared Shelly a murderer. She panicked as she tried to explain, but it turned out that Dinamike wasn't dead, but he described her as someone out of control, that she tried to kill him. She felt cornered and couldn't find peace now when she was being searched for, she accidentally killed one of the commissioners, causing a search to be launched to find her. Her life had been ruined, there was no time to explain anything anymore, one day she finally disappeared without a trace, at least for a while, until she would attack Starr again from time to time, committing robberies and a few murders. The hatred towards others made him forget all the special friendships he made, like with Colt, Ash, Spike etc.

Shelly suffers from post-traumatic stress after the things in her past, she can't calm her anxiety attacks either when she remembers everything that happened and she must find a way to calm herself. Due to stress, he has rarely gone so far as to murder someone, although he mostly just tries to kill animals instead of people.

Colt: Red-haired commissioner, his former co-worker, wearing a blouse with a vest and dark pants.

Ash: Her best friend, even though she doesn't see him for months she still remembers him as her most special friend, she never had the chance to see his true appearance under his powerful armor.

Belle: She is known for being another criminal, the leader of the "goldem arm" gang, Belle is the biggest criminal in all of Starr Park, although the only one who seeks to find its mystery.

Spike: A cactus with a life of its own, with eyes and a mouth, wearing a purple vest and jean shorts, he never speaks.

RT: You know him for the simple fact that he is the watchman of all the activity in Starr Park, he is an adorable robot but he knows too many things. With two twin robot officers named Larry and Lawrie.

Fang: She meets him through an acquaintance that she doesn't pay much attention to. He's a blue-haired boy who's a fan of kung-fu movies and popcorn, and is secretly in love with Shelly.

El Primo: She knows him for being a masked wrestler who never revealed his identity, she dislikes him somewhat for being conceited.

Bibi: He knows her for being from another dangerous retro-polis gang, an Asian girl with black hair and a bit of a geek.

Bull: He is a man with a gold nose piercing and straight black hair, he acts like a wild bull.

Kit: It's her cat, with two colors, black and white, with a red collar with a golden bell. She cries missing her cat sometimes at night, she still has hope that one day she will find him.

They call her at night, she likes to eat these things, especially when they are spicy and also cold micheladas. Being able to meet up with friends, someone you can trust and tell your problems to. Causing destruction with her shotgun, she loves to use it, she considers this weapon almost like the love of her life, it is her everything to be the destructive criminal that she is. Hunt animals that provide good meat, such as rabbits, pigs, cows, etc. But not dogs or cats. Giving night patrols and sometimes robbing banks or other things in Starr Park. Being alone in complete silence sometimes terrifies her but calms her down. To be seen as a powerful figure, causing fear and intimidation to its prey. Looking at gems is also a hobby that he enjoys relatively sometimes, but not always. Cats are his favorite animal. Sometimes I write notes in a small dictionary.

Maybe one day she'll be able to go back to Starr Park without having to dress up because of her bad image and go back to her friends. Being safe and away from Starr Park, Shelly's lair is located in some hidden mines thanks to a patch of tall grass, upon entering the mine, its interior is almost like that of a house, it has enough to store gems and everything, the place is really big, it has a bed, refrigerator, a small kitchen, and even a bathroom that works correctly somehow thanks to her slight knowledge of construction, it includes a shower. She has a couple of stuffed animals and plants inside her lair, a wall full of blueprints of her next targets and more.
