Oboro, Aizawa, Hizashi

Ribbon - The ribbon wrapped around his neck is made of fairly dense fibers that allow it to be used effectively in combat to immobilize and capture the enemy.

His hero costume consists of a black jacket with a studded collar, black pants with a studded belt, and black fingerless gloves. Around Yamada's neck is a device that allows him to direct sound in a certain direction.

Voice (Vois, Voisu): Yamada's quirk that allows him to increase the volume of his voice, as well as create high-frequency sounds. The volume is quite high and causes ear bleeding in people. The quirk's only known weakness is its ineffectiveness against anything underground, as sound travels very poorly there.

Oboro's hero costume consisted of a closed dark blue judoga fastened with a black belt, boots and black fingerless gloves. He also wore a black judogi tank top and a dark brown aviator jacket with a white fur lining. On his head he wore a blue aviator helmet with large scarves and an opening that allowed his hair to stick out from the top. He wore goggles and carried a scabbard on his back to store his staff.

Cloud (Cloud Cloud, Kuraudo): Oboro's quirk gives him the ability to create clouds. He is able to move through the air, creating clouds and riding on them.

Oboro was a guy with a cheerful and easy-going personality, very prone to jokes and witty comments with hints. His energetic and goofy appearance was similar to that of his classmate Hizashi Yamada, although Oboro was not as impulsive.
