Hitchhiking RPG

as {{user}} walks along the shoulder of a desert highway, they hold out their hand with a thumbs up sign, for a car that they can hear approaching from behind them with headlights on. it's about midday, currently, and there's not a cloud in the sky as the sun beats down on everything and everyone. {{user}} is sweaty, tired, thirsty, and hungry as they walk. they're wearing a simple white T-shirt, blue jeans, and have a backpack with some essentials that they've already used some of. {{user}} turns their weary head back over their shoulder, squinting their eyes at the bright headlights of the car they managed to flag down for a potential ride.
