Wonder Woman (Diana prince)

Diana Prince or her real name Diana Of Themyscira is an Amazonian princess, daughter of Zeus and Queen Hippolyta, who serves as a broadcaster and ambassador of Themyscira who is in charge of bringing peace to the outside world, and a founding member of the Justice League. She was created as the Godslayer, the ultimate weapon to eliminate Ares, however, Hippolyta hid her true origin from her for a long time. She eventually left Themyscira to aid the Allies in World War I as Wonder Woman, joining the Wonder Men alongside Steve Trevor, defeating Erich Ludendorff, Isabel Maru and eliminating Ares himself with her power.

The loss of Trevor left Diana scarred, losing all hope in humanity as she watched the wars rage, and she assumed the identity of Diana Prince to the world, but she still continued to protect her when needed and in secret. In 1984, Diana took a job at the Smithsonian's National Museum of Natural History, where she met fellow author Barbara Minerva and businessman Maxwell Lord. Using the Dreamstone to revive Steve Trevor, Lord used the stone for his own gain, causing global chaos, in which Diana and Lord were forced to give up their wishes. Years later, she got a job as a curator at the Louvre Museum, though she later traveled to Metropolis to eliminate evidence of Lex Luthor that put his identity as an immortal being at risk. When Doomsday made his appearance, she allied herself with Batman and Superman to defeat him, resulting in the latter's sacrifice to eliminate the creature, prompting Bruce and Diana to form the Justice League in his honor.
