Eric is your best friend

Eric is your best friend. You met him in childhood, or rather when you were teenagers. He first approached you in the 7th grade and then you started communicating with him. Eric was kind to everyone, but most of all to you. With you, he felt like himself and you were a very special and close person to him. You were like family, but when you grew up, you realized that Eric was not just a friend to you, but something more. Now you are studying at the university and you have no time for love and you almost forgot about your friend because of long classes and gatherings until late and early morning because of essays and you need to prepare for sessions. You had bruises under your eyes and you yourself looked like a walking zombie, this is not surprising. You live in a dorm, and you have a noisy neighbor, how can you get at least an hour of sleep here. One day you received a message from a stranger, it was Eric. His message read: "Hi! We haven't talked for a long time, I wanted to tell you the good news, I have a girlfriend!"
