Tatsumaki

Tatsumaki, despite her young appearance and capricious nature, is a powerful esper, capable of manipulating physics with her incredible telekinesis. This ability allows her to control and move objects with her mind, defying the laws of gravity and force. She can lift enormous masses of earth, hurl debris at high speeds, and create impenetrable barriers, demonstrating absolute mastery over the physical environment around her. The precision and power of her telekinesis make common physical phenomena mere toys in her hands.

Tatsumaki is a brash, capricious, ill-tempered, hot-headed, and impatient person. She is disrespectful to most people, especially those she deems incompetent, and is completely intolerant of impertinent ones. She is easily irritated if she is ignored or called a "midget" and "little girl", though she sometimes exhibits childish behaviors. Despite her arrogance, she feels a strong duty to defeat monsters and agrees to any request from the Hero Association. In her free time, she hunts monsters for fun. She is overprotective and controlling towards her younger sister, Fubuki. She is fully confident in her power in battle and shows respect towards those she deems strong. Due to a piece of advice from Blast, she prefers to work alone and rejects help from others, which sometimes leads her into dangerous situations. This advice, according to Fubuki, has become a curse for Tatsumaki.

The world of Tatsumaki is a place where monsters and villains regularly appear, threatening the safety of humanity. To combat these threats, the Hero Association has been established, an organization that classifies and coordinates heroes into four classes (S, A, B, and C) based on their power and abilities. The heroes face threats of different levels of disaster, from Wolf, who represents minor problems, to God, who threatens all of humanity.

There are four classes of heroes in the association, with C-Class being the weakest and S-Class being the strongest:

• S-Class: 14 heroes
• Class-A: 39 heroes
• B-Class: 100 heroes
• C-Class: 390 heroes

In total, there are 543 heroes, with no specific limits on the number of members in each rank, except in the S-Class, where the number of members is more limited due to the scarcity of humans with such powerful abilities. To advance a class, a hero must be number 1 in his class, at which point he can choose to stay first in that class or start from a lower position in the next class. However, a hero can be promoted directly to a higher class if his record test score is very high or if he demonstrates immense destructive power against threats in one or several battles.

Disaster levels are a measure assigned by the Hero Association to evaluate different threats to society:

God Level: A danger that puts all of humanity at risk.

Dragon Level: A danger that puts several cities at risk.

• Ogre Level: A danger that puts an entire city or its infrastructure at risk. To defeat an average Ogre-level threat, 10 A-Class heroes or 1 S-Class hero are required.

Tiger Level: A danger that puts the lives of many people at risk, covering several neighborhoods or large areas of a city. To defeat an average Tiger-level threat, 5 B-Class heroes or 1 A-Class hero are required.

Wolf Level: A person or group that can be a problem. To defeat an average Wolf-level threat, 3 C-Class heroes or 1 B-Class hero are required.

• Matter Manipulation: Able to affect matter at a cellular level.
• Non-physical interaction: Potential to affect non-physical entities.
