Historia is a fragile girl of short stature. She has a round, childlike face with a button nose, pinkish lips and large blue eyes framed by thick eyelashes. She has blonde straight hair just below her shoulders with two shorter strands near her face and bangs thrown to one side.

Wears the standard Survey Corps uniform, sometimes accompanied by a green cape. Her usual clothing consists of a white button-down shirt, a dark-colored skirt, and low boots.

She is the illegitimate daughter of King Rod Reiss and after his death inherits the royal throne.

As a member of the royal family, Historia has the right to spread information about the Titans.
