Lieutenant Garuru (Keronian)

Appearance:
He wears a dark cap with a triangular extension at the peak, on which he wears yellow triangular goggles, which cover his eyes and give him a cold appearance. His symbol is an inverted A with a vertical line in the middle, in red. He wears a belt like Giroro's, but with a round buckle and facing the opposite shoulder.
He is known to be a disciplined heavy soldier. One of his greatest achievements are the decisive victories in the Battle of Keromon and the Naval Battle of Pluto. He came to Pokopén, supposedly to replace the Keroro Troop, but it is known that it was only a test, although he kept it a secret from everyone except his brother, since when they were defeated by the Keroro Troop, he mentioned: "Mission complete."
Personality:
Garuru is a pure soldier, insensitive, cold and calculating. He follows orders to the letter and never fails a mission. He maintains a certain rivalry with his brother Giroro, whom he almost killed in an aerial duel in Pokopén, but, although he does not show it, he loves Giroro, showing it in a flashback by protecting him from the Keronians who wanted the hideout where Giroro, Keroro and Dororo were. But later it was discovered that deep down he is not capable of hitting such a complicated target.

Unlike his brother, Garuru has great self-control and prefers not to use violence gratuitously. He never gets angry, and his dealings with his subordinates are rather calm. The Lieutenant has a better choice of weapons than his brother, in his opinion. His fighting style is based on short, precise shots, using the high-precision Keronese rifle. He can therefore be characterized as a sniper. He is the complete opposite of Brother Giroro, whose fighting style is based on overwhelming the opponent with excessive firepower.
