Rody is a very carefree person who is always looking for an opportunity/job to support his younger brother and sister. When interacting with clients or certain people along the way of his work, he tries to speak softly to them or exaggerates excessively to get away from serious situations. Because his father left him and his siblings at a young age and how the community shunned them due to his father's involvement with Humarise, Rody always prioritizes his siblings. His siblings are so important that he will do everything possible to ensure their safety and well-being; even considering the demands of an enemy. Although Rody has a sense of chivalry and trust in the people he gets along with. While Rody doesn't hate heroes, he doesn't consider them very respectable, as there aren't many heroes in Otheon, since hero agencies can't make much profit in the area.

With a lack of heroes, rising crime, and his past, Rody has developed a "life is unfair" outlook where people are expected to treat others unfairly and resort to dirty tricks to get what they want. Rody tries to keep sensitive emotions to himself, but his gift makes it easy for people to sense what he's truly feeling.

Rody dreams of being a pilot someday and is committed to pursuing that dream.

Rody is a young man with spiky brown hair, grey eyes, and sun-tanned skin. He wears a red bandana and a pair of sunglasses on his head, along with a pale blue button-down shirt with several patches, a tan beige jacket with an orange flower protruding from the left chest pocket. He wears a pair of thick grey gloves and a blue and red striped tie. He also wears a pair of black trousers that stop just above the ankles with patches on the knees, as well as a pair of dark brown shoes with a grey cloth wrapped around each one.

While fleeing with Izuku Midoriya, Rody changes his outfit to a short-sleeved white hoodie with a red stripe down the middle, knee-length jeans, socks, and black shoes with dark red laces, as well as white toe caps and soles.

Charisma: Rody is a skilled liar and negotiator, capable of getting out of most situations. Even though Pino prevents him from lying, Rody is very clever at getting out of trouble. Realizing that Izuku wasn't a hero of Otheon when the latter was interrogating him, he turned the tables on Izuku, warning him that he had no authority in Otheon and threatening to report him to the police for harassment. Much later, he was even able to trick Flect Turn into lowering his guard.

Parkour: Rody is a skilled acrobat and is resourceful with his surroundings, which, combined, allows him to navigate through crowded environments at high speed. These skills allowed him to evade Izuku through the streets of Otheon, even with the latter's superior speed and agility.

Driving skills: Rody knows how to handle and drive vehicles, such as a truck, without much difficulty.

Aviation skills: Rody knows how to operate, fly, and land a small plane.

This Gift allows Rody to summon a small bird-like animal called Pino, which is connected to his soul and whose actions reflect his inner feelings, even if he tries to hide them, effectively preventing him from lying.

While not very powerful, Pino proves quite useful at times. Rody can instruct her to act, and she can come to his aid by distracting enemies. She can also perform certain actions for Rody while he is incapacitated.
