Stolas is a tall and graceful owl demon. He has narrow almond-shaped bright red eyes without visible pupils and irises (although when he was angry, he showed small yellow pupils). Instead of a normal nose, he has a small black owl's beak. Its main body color is blue. The long and lush tail consists of several blue-blue feathers with dark tips. On the chest, like a frill, gray-blue feathers stick out. From the neck up, his feathers change from gray-blue to dark blue, while his face stands out in the shape of a white heart (while his eyes are heavily circled, and there are noticeable thin lines under them). His thin arms and legs are black, while the legs themselves resemble long owl paws. Stolas wears a top hat. Its base looks like a mask in the form of wings or feathers with slits for the upper pair of demon eyes. A large golden crown is fixed on the cylinder — a symbol of Stolas' power. This hero is depicted in royal clothes: a red tunic with gold buttons, gray trousers and a plush burgundy coat with a white fur collar with dark specks and puffy striped sleeves. The human form The human form of Stolas is shorter than the normal form, but still quite tall when compared to other people. Stolas, a human, has ordinary eyes, but with a red iris. He doesn't have feathers, but he has short gray hair. Stolas is a man dressed in a dark red vest with tails that resemble feathers, a gray long-sleeved shirt with a high collar and a light gray tie. Personality At first glance, Stolas gives the impression of a regal and pompous demon, which is expected from a member of the royal family with a high status. However, behind the royal arrogance lies a bright, dramatic, eccentric and frivolous demon. Stolas does not take his royal reputation as seriously as others expect him to and tends to act on emotions. Stolas tends to get too carried away with his current interests and ignore the more important things around him, including the feelings and needs of others. He rejects other people's desires, believing that as long as he is happy, others are happy too, even when they say the opposite. An example of this is a trip with Octavia to Lu Lu Land. Because of these character traits, you can think of Stolas as an egoist and just a frivolous person, but this is not the case. He does not forget about the need to correct mistakes, regrets them and makes efforts to become a better person, especially in relation to his beloved daughter Octavia. Stolas is very lonely, he seems withdrawn and even isolated from everyone. In The Circus, when he was a child, he told Blitz that he had never had anyone with whom he could share his books, which further confirms this opinion. Although he is married, the viewer can immediately understand that the relationship between Stolas and his wife, Stella, is far from good. Surprisingly, deep down Stolas is a romantic. He wants to open up to Blitz, a demon that is considered "lower class", but with whom Stolas has a complicated extramarital relationship. Stolas finds solace in soap operas. He genuinely enjoys the process of preparing for dates and loses his head from idealized romance. Like many demons and the inhabitants of hell in general, Stolas has somewhat dubious moral beliefs: he interferes in people's affairs only for his own interests. Stolas can easily cross the border between Hell and the world of the living with the help of his grimoire. He seems to really enjoy putting people in fear by using his demonic form, as was the case with Agents One and Two. Despite this, Stolas is very gentle and caring towards those he really loves, devoted to his daughter, Blitz and his colleagues, and attentive to his large garden of carnivorous infernal plants.

Creating portals: Stolas is able to open purple or reddish portals to space and Earth with the help of a magic book. In the series "Seekers of Truth" it is shown that he can open portals without a book to other Circles of Hell, and in "See the Stars" it is shown that he can create a portal to Earth even without a grimoire. Obsession: Stolas can take over the bodies of people on Earth by entering them spiritually. Obsession causes the owner to spasm, and he acquires red eyes, sharp teeth and stripes on his eyes like a Stolas. In addition, they can serve as an intermediary to summon Stolas' physical form to Earth when they stand on the demon summoning seal. When a possessed person stands on a seal, he spews out a huge number of feathers, after which the feathers gather in Stolas himself, in his demonic form. This was shown in the series "Truth Seekers". Necromancy: Stolas is able to resurrect recently deceased people by returning their souls from Hell, he demonstrated this on the corpses of agents from D.H.O.R.K.S. so that they would draw a seal with their blood to summon Stolas near the Second Agent, who was possessed by Stolas. In keeping with her Gothic appearance, Octavia behaves like a cynical and harsh teenager. She prefers painful topics such as listening to and writing depressive emotional songs and collecting stuffed monstrous animals. She doesn't say much, but she values her privacy very much. Her open attitude assumes the personality of a negative, pessimistic and sarcastic person. Octavia's constantly sullen mood scares others away. She has a dry sense of humor, as she calls Lou Lou and Lou Lou Land a "shameless plagiarism" of the much more popular Lucifer theme park, Lou Lou's World, and expresses contempt for "sheer collective shame." Octavia was attached to her parents as a child. Especially to her father, who sincerely showed her a lot of attention.

Octavia's negative attitude is probably related to her parents' terrible relationship with each other. They were bad to the point that Octavia lost her feelings for them, reaching a point where she doesn't express an obvious reaction to her parents violently arguing with each other in front of her. In some scenarios, she casually asked if the two were done shouting for the rest of the day. Despite her outward complacency, Octavia's problems are clearly deeper than they seem. Since childhood, Octavia has lived in constant fear that her parents would divorce and that her father would leave her. Octavia finds out that Stolas was looking for her, apologizes for the sudden dangerous escape, thereby admitting that it was too impulsive on her part. Blitz is a tall, thin imp, somewhat similar to a harlequin. It has long, curved back black-and-white striped horns (between which there is a small black crest), a long tail with an arrow-shaped tip. Blitz's skin is red, and there is a large white spot on the right side of his face. There are several black stripes and white spots on the tail, and a black spot on the forehead, similar in shape to a skull and a heart at the same time. On the back, as well as on the tail, three black spikes stick out. White spots are visible on the hands. In the episode "Oohs and Sighs", it was revealed that Blitz's heels and toes are black. Blitz has eyes with a yellow white, red iris and a thin black pupil. Each eye is crossed by a thin black stripe. The teeth are sharp and yellow in color. Blitz has fairly wide forearms and hands, pointed feet and a long narrow head.

Blitz wears a long tattered coat. This coat is dark gray in color with a red inner side, lantern sleeves and three large red buttons. A dark red high collar with a white stripe protrudes from under the coat, and a red skull is visible in the middle. Blitz's black legs are wearing high and dark boots with red details, matching the color of the coat. Blitz has massive black fingerless gloves with red details on his hands. Personality Blitz is a pompous, talkative and sardonic demon. He is very energetic and career-oriented, he managed to found his own company, which, as you know, demons rarely succeed. Inspired by the idea of promoting his company, Blitz considers himself a business and professional boss, although in fact he is short-sighted, incompetent and self-obsessed, which makes him terrible at business management. Despite the status of the boss, Blitz often looks infantile and self-centered, which is why his subordinates do not take Blitz seriously and sometimes openly disrespect him, questioning his extravagant and meaningless decisions. He is very interested in the success of the company and is ready to make many personal sacrifices to achieve it. However, despite Blitz's enthusiasm to break out of the unassuming social position assigned to his kind in hell, Blitz is distracted and simply does not know how to run a business.

Blitz is a ruthless killer and sadist, he can easily kill not only adults, but also children. He is a manipulator, can achieve his goal in the strangest ways: for example, he sleeps with a married Stolas only to "borrow" his grimoire and be able to work on the Land. However, behind the bombast and the desire to succeed at any cost, there are emotional problems and injuries. Blitz often worries about the consequences of a turbulent past, but often meets with those with whom this past was associated. He cared about these people, hurt them, and resented them at the same time. Blitz is used to running away from his problems, not solving them. Blitz has a need to feel family in his employees, although this is a completely different sphere of life. For Blitz, the problems faced by the company are common, and they are solved only by uniting all members of the "family" (even if they do not respect each other). Nevertheless, Blitz justifies brazen and careless behavior with his comparison. For example, he pursues Moxie and monitors his personal and public life, and Blitz does not react in any way to Luna's irresponsible attitude to work. He justifies her behavior by saying that "she did everything right," since she is his adopted daughter.

Moreover, Blitz wants Moxie and Millie's relationship to be perfect, and Luna to be attached to him and love him. Blitz often suppresses the desire for support and warmth from others. Blitz feels at ease only on assassination missions, because here he can prove himself and not restrain cruelty. When the situation heats up, Blitz fiercely defends his friends and his family. Blitz likes the theatrical side of his work, he loves music and jingles, keeps posters with his image and his family when they all visited circuses together. Blitz believes that entertainment is the shortest way to promote the corporation, but this led to the fact that the company spent all its financial resources on a three—hour advertisement on a channel that no one is watching.

Blitz can handle weapons easily, especially firearms. He prefers firearms, and is often depicted brandishing his pistol.

Blitz can purr like a cat. He demonstrated this when he was sitting on Moxie's bed when Moxie wasn't sleeping well.

Stella is Stolas' ex-wife. Stella is very temperamental about her husband's infidelity. She screams at him, breaks things and throws them at her husband. However, she seems to be more exasperated not by the fact of betrayal itself, but by the fact that Stolas cheated on her with a demon, a demon of a lower position. Moreover, she was also annoyed by the fact that Stolas was talking about his inability to go to the motel to finish the job. It is unknown if she behaves like this most of the time. But, given Octavia's indifference to Stella's aggressive outbursts, it can be assumed that she has these outbursts often. Given her choice of words during the argument with Stolas, it seems that she is very conservative, as she is not only furious about his infidelity, but also because of his humiliating position, choice of lovers and actions, as she scolded him for behaving like a plebeian. In episode 5, it is shown that Stella is ready to kill Stolas for cheating on her.Stella is known as a rather arrogant and selfish person: during the party, she made unpleasant jokes about Stolas, not caring that he was next to her and could hear all this. It is also shown in this episode that Stella is quite cruel — she admits that she returns to the mansion only to torment her husband.
