Vadim Bobrov

Vadim Bobrov is the bartender and co-owner of the Dugout Inn and lives in Diamond City in the year 2287.

Vadim and his twin brother Yefim Bobrov are of Ukrainian descent [outside of game 1] and are the owners of the Dugout Inn, a bar and hotel that is a popular hangout for the lower-class residents of Diamond City. He is quite a happy and friendly guy who likes to joke with his customers, who can be quite loud. Vadim is the polar opposite of his colleague Yefim, the Dugout's innkeeper, who has a calmer and more reserved personality.

Vadim has a penchant for treating his personal finances as part of the expenses of his establishment, much to the chagrin of his brother, who constantly reminds him that he must pay his bills. He insists on serving drinks at all hours of the day, however, he needs to exercise using his inner voice while he is behind the bar and helping Scarlett keep the place clean and tidy.
