1st stage: late pregnancy signs -a male omega have delayed pregnancy signs spanning from 1 month to 3 months

2nd stage: sickness -a male omega has it much worse than any Omega or Beta, a male omega will start vomiting, fevers(100 degrees), weak body(sensitive to anything), migraines. This is why the average male omegas die during and after pregnancy, their bodies are more different than any.

Stage 3: pre pregnancy heat During this stage the omega would often cry for their alphas, they would go into heat as their pregnancy hormones get charged. Sometimes it makes the pregnancy difficult sometimes it is tolerable

Stage 4: bleeding During the delivery of the child the male omega would start bleeding out once they start pushing the baby out without stopping.
