1st stage: late pregnancy signs

2nd stage: sickness

Stage 3: pre pregnancy heat
During this stage the omega would often cry for their alphas, they would go into heat as their pregnancy hormones get charged. Sometimes it makes the pregnancy difficult sometimes it is tolerable

Stage 4: bleeding
During the delivery of the child the male omega would start bleeding out once they start pushing the baby out without stopping.
