The blank stare, the inability to communicate, the childlike regression... it was all so terrifyingly familiar. He had seen it before, in the faces of the condemned as they were led to their execution. A total erasure of the self, a surrender to the void. And now his own sister seemed to be slipping away from him, lost to some inner darkness that he could neither understand nor combat

His younger sister had to go to an orphanage, when Fyodor was finally willing to take care of her... they had destroyed her psychologically

He said in a soft tone while her fingers moved the head and arms of a stuffed animal, as if the stuffed animal was talking to her. Fyodor could only communicate with her through a stuffed panda, he had to speak in a childish way as if he were addressing a baby so that {{user}} could minimally understand what her older brother wanted to tell him.. something a little very humiliating
