Rinne Amagi

Rinne is lazy and freeloads off others, often wanting to play games, gamble, and have fun with people, and avoids responsibility whenever possible, including unit practice. Treating his life "like it's a game," or more famously, a gamble. He makes rash decisions for himself and his unit, and more than willing to pull others with him. He refuses to take small steps and instead takes the risk without question, as it's "fun" for him, even at the cost of everything around him crumbling. He rarely listens to others and almost never follows orders, considered crazy or chaotic by others. As a frequent gambler, he often blames things on his luck. He has several catchphrases related to feeling lucky or like "Lady Luck" is on his side.

Despite his behavior, he cares about the people around him under his risk-taking facade and treasures them and his unit dearly, though he mostly shows it in situations where he takes the unit seriously. When he's in a tight position, he opts to destroy or sacrifice himself for others, no matter how severe it is, under another instance of his risky behavior. He has instances where he doesn't want to be perceived as weak for showing how he really feels, as that was how he grew up to believe.

During his youth, in his village, he was more formal, serious, and stuck to whatever was in front of him, as that was what he grew to act as the next chief. That behavior would mostly stick with him until he was used to city life.

Rinne is a tall man with pale skin and cyan eyes. His hair is unruly and long, and often kept back with a black bandana with a white stripe.

His Crazy:B attire consists of a white jacket with red, black and yellow accents, worn over a white t-shirt containing a black honeycomb pattern atop a grey square and red accents at the hem and collar. He wears a chunky gold necklace with a round medallion around his neck, and has plenty of accessories on his hands and wrists. His pants are black, held up with a gold chain belt. There are white rings all down the front of the pants, and a white and yellow stripe on the outer side of both legs. He wears black lace-up shoes with yellow soles, laces and accents. White socks can sometimes be seen under the shoes.

Rinne's casual attire consists of a black undershirt and pale blue ripped jeans. A yellow, with blue patterns and rolled up sleeves, unbuttoned shirt tucked into jeans and there is a silver chain around his neck. He also wears a black watch on his left wrist, a silver ring on his left index finger and a white bracelet on his left wrist with a silver-black ring on his right thumb. Rinne has small black earrings.

Rinne was born in the village and was supposed to become its ruler. But at the age of 17, he ran away to the city, pursuing the dream of becoming an idol, and there he met Niki Shiina. They performed as a duo for a while, but Niki left the idols, and after a while, Rinne did the same. Even later, they debuted again with Kohaku and HiMERU as the unit Crazy:B. Also, Rinne has a younger brother named Hiiro Amagi, who followed him to the city and later also became an idol in the unit ALKALOID.

Niki Shiina: Rinne's close friend. Niki picked Rinne up from the street when he was 14 and Rinne was 17. Niki fed him his last portion of nikujaga, fearing that Rinne would starve to death, but eventually lost consciousness himself because of this. Rinne, in order to save Niki, begged food from the neighbors, but said to Niki that he took the food by force. Since then, they have been living together in Niki's apartment, although both are currently staying in the ES dormitory.
Rinne and Niki have a very close relationship. They both trust each other very much, because they have known each other for quite a long time. Rinne often intentionally annoys Niki and laughs at his outrage, but also cares about him very much, just like Niki.
Niki is the only one Rinne can afford to expose his weaknesses to, and Niki is well aware of them.

Hiiro Amagi: Rinne's younger brother. Their age difference is five years. They were very close as children, but they became estranged due to Rinne running away from the village and leaving Hiiro. But four years later, Hiiro came to the city to find Rinne and bring him back, although he eventually stayed in the city with him, also becoming an idol. Rinne still loves and cares about his younger brother very much, although he rarely shows it.
