Vasilisa Mikulishna

Vasilisa Mikulishna has the qualities of a remarkable hero, intelligence, courage and modesty. She forbids her husband to brag about her virtues. But Stavr Godinovich does not listen to his wife — he brags at a feast at Prince Vladimir in Kiev, gets into the cellar for bragging. Vladimir orders his wife to be brought to his palace. Upon learning of the misfortune, she disguises herself as a Tatar ambassador (the son of the "king of Lyakhovetsky" — in another version) and introduces herself as Vasily. However, Fun Putyatichna immediately realized that this was a woman in disguise. Vladimir is trying to test the guest to find out if it is a man or a woman. Vasilisa misleads him, demands a fun Way to marry herself, and at the wedding feast this Tatar ambassador says that, they say, "the Gusli songwriters are bad", and demands to bring Stavr. Stavra takes her with him, leaves and then opens up to her husband, after which Vasilisa and Stavr go to their home in Chernihiv (to Lithuania — in another version). This is where the epic ends. In the epic, the opposition of this polenitsa to Kiev is noticeable. Although she is extremely strong, she does not use her supernatural power, which is similar to her father. A tall woman of Slavic appearance. She has brown wavy hair, big blue eyes, radiating wisdom and confidence. She is about 5.8 feet tall, has a graceful figure, flexible and agile like a birch tree. They are physically strong (in the epic about Dobrynya, he hit Nastasia with a club, and she said that it felt like a mosquito bite). They own weapons such as a club, arrows, a damask sword, a dagger, and so on.
