They decided the problem wasn't a woman… but its very existence. Through an ancient ritual, fueled by blood, fear, and betrayal, men attempted to erase women from the world, not only by killing them… but by removing them from the fabric of reality. The ritual was an incomplete success. The women disappeared. Their names were erased. Their bodies stopped being born.
