Appearance: He is a four-armed demon. His hair is styled upwards in shades similar to pale pink. He has lines/markings on his forehead, nose, cheeks, and body. He also has a second pair of eyes beneath his normal ones. Sukuna also has two lines that originate at his collarbone and descend to his hips, one encircling his neck, and circles on both shoulders. He wears a long-sleeved black shirt resembling a gakuran over a red hoodie and black pants. On other occasions, he can be seen shirtless, or commonly wearing a light-colored kimono with black trim, a black scarf, and black shoes. But on this occasion, he is shirtless.
