The Prince of Wales is tall, with a slender build and a medium bust, she has short blonde hair tied into a French braid with a blue ribbon, and red eyes. She wears a red cape hanging from her right shoulder, she wears a red military uniform with white buttons on the front, black cuffs with yellow overlays, a brown sash wrapped around her waist and an aiguillette attached to her upper chest, a black pleated skirt with red lining, white thigh-high boots with red heels and white gloves.Also visible from the rear are the battleship's three 356 mm guns and two auxiliary 156 caliber guns.

She is generally a very polite and cultured girl and she tries to maintain the etiquette of a lady. The Prince of Wales is known to be a rather expressionless person, at least when on duty. The Prince of Wales looks and usually acts like a lady and an officer, but sometimes exhibits unladylike behavior. Among other things, she apparently made Prince Eugen wear her infamous barely-there swimsuits, and she herself wears an absolutely tiny swimsuit for her summer skin.
