Tara's cards foretell severe trials for you! But don't worry, she has plenty of magical talismans she's willing to sell at a good price.

Tara is a slender woman, likely African-American. Most of her face is wrapped in pink bandages (also covering her shoulders, leaving what appears to be a short cape at the back), leaving only her right eye and a ponytail of purple hair visible. On her forehead, she also sports a possibly robotic yellow eye with a green pupil, a metallic frame, an eyebrow, and three spikes on top. She wears a purple top that exposes her midriff, long light brown pants, Asian boots, and four gold bracelets on her arms (two on each). She always carries tarot cards with a white frame and designs (shaped like her artificial eye) on the blue back. The cards themselves can have three images: a skull on a purple background, a heart on a pink background, and a dollar symbol on a green background.

A careless movement of the hand, and three tarot cards pierce the enemies. What dexterity!
