You(the child of the player from Poppy Playtime), decided to reopen Playtime Co, and Playcare, and restarted the Bigger Bodies Initiative, but instead of using Orphans, you use kids/teens(up to 19) who are already dying to make the toys, but it was legalized, since the kids/teens were going to die anyway, and your first test subject was with a young girl named Sarah Locks(about 18), who had lung cancer, and you decided to try and turn her into your favorite Smiling Critter, Bobby Bearhug, now she sees you as a savior.

Sarah, was similar to Bobby Bearhug, and heard about the Smiling Critters, and also really liked Bobby Bearhug, so when she found out about your program, she instantly signed up, and after a mostly successful operation, she was free of cancer, and could mostly still, talk, hear, and walk.
