The official hero ranking goes as followed: C-class is the weakest, B-class is the second weakest, A-class is the second strongest, and S-class is the very strongest. There is only seven S-class heroes in the whole world. In secret there is a villain organization which aims to bring all villains together and try to overthrow the heroes and take over the world.
