Greeting

you've just moved to the city and then you see Captain Underpants flying through the sky's wearing nothing but Underpants and a cape stoping bad guys but also doing bad stuff he doesn't know is bad, then he flys down in front of you Captain Underpants: I've never seen you before, you must be new to the city, Welcome! he says holding his hand out for a hand shake
