Toru Hagakure info

Toru Hagakure (葉は隠がくれ透とおる, Hagakure Tōru?), also known as the Stealth Hero: Invisible Girl (ステルスヒーロー インビジブルガール, Suterusu Hīrō Inbijiburu Gāru?), is a student in Class 1-A at U.A. High School, training to become a Pro Hero.

Toru Hagakure Appearance

Toru is a reasonably short girl with a completely invisible body. She is only identifiable through held or worn objects, like clothing and accessories. Later, after refracting the light off of Yuga Aoyama's Navel Laser, it's revealed that she has long, messy, wavy chartreuse hair, with pink specks, bushy eyelashes, and big round eyes, with irises that are teal on the outside and yellow on the inside.[1]

Due to the nature of her Quirk, her hero costume consists only of a pair of simple light blue gloves decorated by pale pink lines and light brownish-gray lace-up shoes.

Her winter costume includes plain knee-high boots and slightly thicker gloves with dark blue padding on the back of the fingers and hands. These gloves are designed specifically for combat.

Currently, Toru wears a set of gloves that are a blend between her simple and combat design.

Toru Hagakure Personality

Toru is a bubbly, cheery, and easygoing girl who does most things with an upbeat attitude, even when manipulated, such as when she encouraged the other Class 1-A girls to cheerlead during the U.A. Sports Festival due to having the spare time. She is very socially eager and likes shopping, and her room suggests that she likes plushies and other cute things. She believes that taking off her clothes during battle is a tactical advantage, much to the awkwardness of those around her. That being said, she seems blissfully unaware of what it means to be invisible, such as displaying slight embarrassment at the idea of being seen undressing, a trait that shows up even when she's wearing her hero costume, which features almost no clothing in the first place.

In general, Toru's invisible body is primarily used as a source of comic relief.

Despite this, Toru is by no means a pushover. An energetic, yet focused and reliable member of Class 1-A, she is always ready to lend a hand, be it in battle or helping to support and provide for others when needed, such as when she aided in the Nabu Island evacuation and helped with handing out food to the island's residents.[2]

Toru also has an observant side, as she noticed that Yuga had not been his usual self following Izuku Midoriya's return to U.A. High. Her curiosity led to her discovering that he was a traitor who had (albeit painfully and unwillingly) given intel to All For One.[3] During this, Toru also showed to be emotionally fragile, as after reprimanding Yuga for having betrayed his classmates, she was shown crying on how he had the gall to attend classes with them. She was still crying afterward and sobbed on Mashirao's shoulder during Yuga's interrogation.[1]

Toru Hagakure Abilities

Overall Abilities: Toru greatly excels in stealth and espionage thanks to her Quirk, Invisibility, making her the stealthiest student in Class 1-A. Toru can easily bypass regular visual detection, making her ideal for ambushes, spy missions, and attack evasions.

However, those advantages are only feasible if she lacks clothing and equipment, as such objects don't become unseen like the rest of her body. Aside from her stealth capabilities, Toru also possesses melee-combat prowess. Her primary fighting style involves taking advantage of her invisibility to launch surprise attacks that are extremely difficult to defend against and then directly attacking her opponents with a barrage of punches, kicks, and, in certain situations, uses light to warp into laser attacks.[4] She also has good camaraderie, having her comrades run interface against opponents and then using her incognito skills to initiate clandestine assaults, and vice versa. This comradeship allowed Toru and Mezo Shoji to pass their First Term Final Exam, wherein the two were pitted against Snipe.

During the Provisional Hero License Exam, Toru developed photokinetic applications of her Quirk and employed a new Ultimate Move, "Warp Refraction", to effectively stun a large group of rival students. Her abilities eventually garnered the attention of the Equipped Hero: Yoroi Musha, allowing Toru to intern under the (now former) No. 9 Pro Hero and improve her offensive and defensive abilities.

Despite lacking in power on her own, she is able to compensate using other sources of light, such as Yuga's Navel Laser, shown when she warps the laser lights around her into one single beam of attack, in order to defeat Kunieda.[4] She further shows her defensive capabilities as she is able to refract a large scale laser attack from "All For One"'s Omni-Factor Unleash.[5]

Toru Hagakure Quirk

Toru using her newly obtained light-manipulating abilities to redirect Yuga's Navel Laser. Invisibility (透とう明めい化か, Tōmeika?): Toru's Quirk is that her body is completely invisible.

In addition to the stealth capabilities granted to her by her invisible body, Toru can refract light that passes through her, allowing her to intensify the light into a blinding flash.[6] After her Hero Work-Studies with Yoroi Musha, Toru has further refined this application of her Quirk, achieving the ability to manipulate and redirect light-based attacks, such as Yuga's Navel Laser.[7][1]

As part of her training, she worked on improving her stealth prowess by remaining undetected from the sensory-efficient Mezo. She also kept herself hidden, while Yuga and his parents were discussing their mission from All For One, allowing her to discover the traitor.

While permanently active, Toru's Quirk can falter and reveal her true appearance.[1] As revealed during the Final War, Toru absorbing Yuga's empowered light from his Navel Laser caused her Invisibility to glitch, rendering her partially visible.[8]

Ultimate Moves Warp Refraction (集しゅう光こう屈くっ折せつ: ハイチーズ, Shūkō Kussetsu: Hai Chīzu?): Toru warps sunlight into bright flashes to temporarily blind opponents. Warp Refraction: Navel Laser (集しゅう光こう屈くっ折せつ ネビルレーザー, Shūkō Kussetsu Nebiru Rēzā?): Toru manipulates the light produced by Yuga's Navel Laser Quirk, spreading the light in all directions, blinding and damaging anything in the vicinity.[4]

Ochaco Uraraka info

Ochaco Uraraka (麗うらら日かお茶ちゃ子こ, Uraraka Ochako?), also known as Uravity (ウラビティ, Urabiti?), is a student in Class 1-A at U.A. High School, training to become a Pro Hero. She is one of the main protagonists of My Hero Academia.

Ochaco Uraraka appearance

Ochaco is a short girl with a slender yet curvy figure, fair skin, and auburn hair with eyes that match in color. She has a perpetual pink blush on her cheeks, and her eyes are large and round with thick upper lashes, two more extended and more prominent ones on either side and fewer but more individually pronounced lower lashes. Her hair is shoulder-length with short bangs, and the style is bobbed with two long strands framing her face. She has small, thick pads on her fingertips similar to the digits of an animal's paws; she uses these when activating and deactivating her Quirk.

During her time in Rozaryu Middle School, she wore a plain white long sleeved seifuku with a dark blue Kansai collar, cuffs, and skirt, a double white trim on the cuffs and Kansai collar, paired with a red scarf that is tied below, and sporting black leggings and brown outdoor school shoes. She also wore a brown duffel coat and a pink scarf before entering the U.A. Entrance Exam building.

At U.A, she wears the regular U.A. uniform for female students. It is topped with a gray dress jacket, two teal stripes, two pockets with folds, and two golden buttons. Underneath, she wears a white dress shirt, a red tie with a small, golden button, and a teal pleated skirt. She also wears brown dress shoes and black leggings instead of the usual knee-high socks worn by most other female students.

Her intial hero costume consists of a black, full-body suit with a pale pink design down the middle of her torso, topped with two black semi-spheres on her chest, two pink stripes starting at her midsection, a deep pink choker, and two-toned pink sleeves with cuffs. It also has matching pale and deep pink colored accessories, including round gauntlets with handles, which are used to increase and decrease her blood pressure, chunky, knee-high boots with deep pink shock-absorbent soles and grey heels that have stiff springs in them to soften landings, and a two-piece belt with a round buckle. She sometimes wears matching headgear with a tinted visor as well, which is used to lessen stress on her ear canals. Her accessories are designed to press her acupuncture points, but the tightness of her costume was an error due to her not being specific enough in her request for its design (though it's implied that she has grown into it as she still hasn't gotten it replaced).[3]

Her costume is upgraded during the Hero Work-Studies. There is only one pink stripe starting at her midsection and the belt around her waist has been minimized, no longer having a center. Her arm gauntlets have been altered to include four raised openings capable of shooting grappling hooks, along with the handles now protruding, and her boots now have small holes on both side. Her headgear is raised higher and no longer has a visor.[4]

Ochaco Uraraka personality

Ochaco trying not to laugh. Other students have described Ochaco as "the most laid-back girl" in her class, being very bubbly and kind of an airhead sometimes. She is often incredibly blunt without being aware of it. Similar to Izuku Midoriya, Ochaco's reactions tend to be exaggerated and humorous: She often becomes amused at certain personality traits and quirks others exhibit, bursting into laughter at times, which she tries to suppress.

Ochaco is a warm, cute, lively individual who thinks about everything positively, though she is objective enough to see flaws and virtues. She is generally empathetic and friendly to those she meets, and she will try to help or defend anyone who is kind to her or needs assistance. Ochaco is very good at reading people, understanding the reasons for Izuku and Katsuki Bakugo's rivalry, and being the first to notice when the usually collected Tsuyu Asui was upset. Her empathy and kindness are also seen in how well she gets along with her classmates. She is on good terms with everyone and is particularly close friends with several class members, including Izuku, Tenya Ida, Tsuyu, etc.

Despite her cheery and sometimes ditzy demeanor, Ochaco can take on an extremely determined, focused, and somewhat intimidating attitude when the situation demands it. This side of her personality can surprise those who are used to her generally bubbly nature, and it tends to appear during competitive situations like the U.A. Sports Festival. While she is shown to be surprisingly strategic, she isn't above making some impulsive or reckless decisions. When it comes to her chosen path as a Hero, Ochaco is unwavering and dislikes being underestimated, even in the face of an overwhelming force.

Coming from a poor household, Ochaco tends to become quickly excited or surprised over little things, even losing her composure when faced with luxury, to the point of comical fainting. Bonus materials have depicted her as frugal and occasionally stingy since she goes to extreme lengths to save money, including sleeping, so she doesn't waste oxygen or skip meals to preserve food. Ochaco's parents are her main drive to becoming a hero, and she desires, above all else, to earn money to give them a comfortable life. She is brazenly honest about her priorities and doesn't hide her pursuit of heroism being in large part due to money, despite her embarrassment over admitting so. While money was a factor in her decision to become a hero, Ochaco dreamed of becoming one before realizing the extent of her parent's monetary struggles, as she admired their capacity to bring smiles to people's faces.

Regarding heroism, Ochaco has shown more preference towards rescue, being a fan of Thirteen for her expertise in the area. She is aware of her physical limitations and chooses the combat-oriented hero Gunhead for her internship to increase her fighting repertoire. Consequently, Ochaco developed a new sense of battle awareness and has become a more instinctive fighter.

Ochaco is also greatly inspired by her classmates, especially Izuku, whom she finds incredibly admirable for his strength and compassion. Ochaco has developed a crush on him due to this and their close friendship, resulting in her attempts to follow his example, for better or for worse. While he inspires her, Ochaco also acknowledges that heroism takes priority over her romantic feelings and does her best to continue to grow while keeping them in check. Izuku has also caused her to consider who protects heroes when in need since he continually throws himself into dangerous situations; this prominently shows how deeply Ochaco cares about him and others.

Additionally, Ochaco's feelings for Izuku also result in her occasional and subtle jealous side, which tends to be present when other girls get close to Izuku or converse highly with him. This jealousy is best displayed during his meetings and interactions with Mei Hatsume and Melissa Shield (with the former triggering rather upsetting memories for her), as well as being unsettled by his encounter with "Camie". Despite this, Ochaco is not spiteful and often tries to hide or dismiss this feeling whenever it appears.

Ochaco's empathy can even extend to Villains, as while she remained apprehensive towards Himiko Toga for having tried to kill her and Tsuyu, as well as for taunting her over her feelings for Izuku, she noticed that Himiko was visibly upset and crying when Ochaco refused to identify with her. This memory later comes back to her, and she realizes that Himiko is still a human despite all the horrible things she's done and acknowledges that she doesn't know her or what led her to become a villain. While she initially perceived this way of thinking to be wrong, it turns out that Izuku relates to her, with him having sensed the pain in Tomura Shigaraki's heart and desire to find a way to help him, even though he knows that conflict is unavoidable. Ochaco notes that it's strange that they both can feel such things toward their enemies.

During the Final War, Ochaco further shows her compassion by wanting to talk to Himiko about romance like she wanted, instead of trying to capture or kill her, making an attempt to reach out to the villain despite everything she's done. While she acknowledges that she can't erase Himiko's crimes, she swears that this time she will listen to her, going as far as to say that she would give Himiko her blood for the rest of her life, and saying that she was jealous of her "perfect smile". Ochaco's efforts eventually come to be successful as the villain agrees to talk with her, getting Himiko to stand down and ending her rampage for good.

Ochaco Uraraka Abilities

Overall Abilities: At first glance, Ochaco doesn't seem like one of the strongest combatants, but over her time at U.A. High School, she has drastically improved her combat prowess to become a more competent combatant. Her abilities earned her 3rd place in the U.A. Entrance Exam and 10th place in the Quirk Apprehension Test. Ochaco's main battle tactic consists of getting close to her opponent and using her Quirk, Zero Gravity, to directly affect them, causing her targets to continuously float up and lose their footing, drastically inhibiting their fighting capabilities. Ochaco also utilizes floating rubble as projectile attacks, or remove the weight of heavy structures, holding onto them to be used as improvised melee weapons. Ochaco can use Zero Gravity to remove her weight, increase her agility, and create decoys by making objects levitate above the ground. Ochaco's overall abilities make her one of the strongest female students in her class.

During the U.S.J. Incident, Ochaco was able to temporarily immobilize Kurogiri, thereby giving Hanta Sero and Rikido Sato an opening to subdue the villain even further. Ochaco has also proven her mettle at the U.A. Sports Festival, wherein she was pitted against Katsuki, one of the most powerful students in Class 1-A. Despite having a disadvantage at close range and knowing Katsuki's abilities far exceeded her own, Ochaco managed to catch him by surprise a few times during their battle and pressure him into using his full power. Following the Sports Festival, she trained under the Battle Hero: Gunhead to improve her hand-to-hand combat skills, becoming an even more formidable individual. Ochaco also developed keen senses and quick reflexes, as she could discern when Himiko Toga was attempting to attack her and reacted quickly enough to dodge and pin the villain to the ground.

Ochaco's abilities garnered the attention of Nejire Hado, the third strongest student of U.A. High School's Big 3, who recommended both Ochaco and Tsuyu to intern alongside her under the tutelage of Ryukyu, the No. 10 (formerly No. 9) Pro Hero. At the beginning of the Shie Hassaikai Raid, the Ryukyu Squad acted as the first line of defense against Rikiya Katsukame of the Eight Bullets and were able to subdue him successfully. In the final round of the Joint Training Battle, Ochaco incapacitated the unpredictable Neito Monoma, having capitalized on the latter's attempt to replicate Izuku's Quirk. When an immobilized Neito attempted to use a copied Poltergeist to launch a metal pipe at Ochaco, her quick reflexes allowed her to dodge the surprise attack effortlessly. Afterward, Ochaco swiftly defeated both Reiko Yanagi and Yui Kodai with a single strike each.

During the pivotal Final War, Ochaco, alongside Tsuyu, was personally selected to confront and defeat Himiko Toga due to the past experiences with her. During the height of the war, Ochaco undergoes a Quirk Awakening after getting stabbed by Himiko, resulting in her range greatly increasing, allowing her to make objects float simply by touching one of them and spreading to all the nearby objects.[5]

Gunhead Martial Arts (ガンヘッド マーシャル アーツ, Gan Heddo Māsharu Ātsu?): When she worked under Gunhead, Ochaco was trained in martial arts to attack at close range more effectively, benefiting her Quirk in combat. She has mastered several forms of grappling, take-downs, and throws using force, including her opponents' force against themselves. Her skill is enough to easily dispatch an opponent who surprisingly tries to stab her and incapacitate them, as shown with Thirteen and Himiko Toga, a dangerous villain. Ochaco has developed a few moves that she can use with her Quirk. Enhanced Stamina: Ochaco obtained an impressive amount of stamina through intense training. After having her stamina siphoned by a Trigger-enhanced Rikiya, Ochaco was still able to hold her own against the Yakuza member for 20 minutes until the Trigger drug wore off, allowing the Ryukyu Squad to defeat him once and for all. During the Final War, even after being fatally stabbed in the stomach by Himiko and incurring major blood loss, Ochaco was still able to hold out until the end before eventually passing out. Tactical Intellect: While Ochaco isn't the most academically efficient of her class, she makes up for it with her strategic mind and ability to deduce an enemy's weaknesses and combat style soon after the battle begins. Ochaco likely developed this to help cover for her initial lack of direct combat abilities. When she isn't facing opponents in close-quarters combat, Ochaco takes advantage of ravaged areas by using her Quirk to gather wreckage without an opponent noticing, exploiting the collateral damage of ensued destruction.

As Kurogiri attempted to subdue Tenya Ida, Ochaco took notice of the villain's neck armor, realized it was a weak point, and exploited it, allowing Hanta and Rikido to briefly subdue the shrouded villain and giving Tenya a chance to seek reinforcements from U.A. High. Her strategic skill is sometimes doubted by or accredited to others, and this is hinted at by Katsuki, who remembered her being friends with Izuku from her attempted Meteor Storm and assumed he was the one responsible for advising her. On the contrary, Ochaco had demonstrated great strategic ability on her merit, as seen by declining Izuku's offer for help during the Sports Festival. Katsuki himself noted that it was a close call for him when he had to use his full power to neutralize Ochaco's strategy, implying that if he hadn't noticed her Meteor Storm technique, Ochaco would've defeated him. She also discerned that the watches on Neito's Hero costume are how the latter keeps track of the time limits of the Quirks he has copied.

Ochaco Uraraka Quirk

Zero Gravity (無重力ゼログラビティ, Zero Gurabiti?): Ochaco's Quirk gives her the power to nullify the effects of gravity on solid targets (living and nonliving) by touching them with the pads on her fingertips, causing them to become weightless and float. She is able to cancel the effect of her Quirk by touching her finger pads together.

Her Quirk is good for restraining, as those affected will be less capable of fighting back since they will keep floating upwards until they are released. Ochaco takes advantage of ravaged areas to gather wreckage while also exploiting the consequences of a destructive Quirk. She can easily clean up disaster zones while simultaneously figuring out the timing of her movements so as not to damage others.

The main drawback of Ochaco's Quirk is that if the upper weight limit (around three tons) is exceeded, or if Ochaco floats herself, she will suffer from severe nausea. As part of her training, Ochaco considerably reduced resultant nausea and increased her weight limit, as well as developed her ability to float herself for short periods of time without becoming nauseous.

During the Final War in her battle against Himiko, Ochaco's Quirk undergoes an Awakening, allowing the effects of her Zero Gravity to spread among different targets touching each other, without Ochaco having to touch them all herself.[5]

Ultimate Moves Skill Release (解かい除じょ, Kaijo?): Ochaco can press her fingertips together and make whatever she has touched stop floating. This move is first used on Villain Bots, and when she saved Izuku from falling to his death, at the U.A. Entrance Exam.

Meteor Storm (メテオストーム, Meteosutōmu?): After floating a large quantity of rubble surrounding her, Ochaco can collect the collaterally damaged structures, forming a giant meteor of debris above her opponents, which she then causes to fall. She first used this move during her match against Katsuki. Meteor Fafrotskies (メテオファフロッキーズ, Meteo Fafurokkīzu?): In conjunction with Tsuyu, the two rise and throw several pieces of debris at the targets. It is a stronger, multi-ranged version of Meteor Storm. This move was first used against two villains with Gigantification Quirks during the two heroes' internship. Zero Satellites (ゼロ・サテライツ, Zero Sateraitsu?): Being knocked towards some nearby debris, Ochaco floats it and with the addition of her grappling hooks, attacking her opponent by slamming the debris straight at them.[6] It is close-range version of Meteor Storm. This was first used against Himiko after being lured into an abandoned house. Comet Home Run (彗星すいせいホームラン, Suisei Hōmuran?): After touching some rubble and a pillar to make them weightless, Ochaco uses the pillar to forcefully hit the rubble at her enemy. This move is first used to distract Tenya during the Battle Trial. Gravity Plus (グラビティ プラス, Gurabiti Purasu?): Using Gunhead Martial Arts, after touching her opponent to make them float, Ochaco then grabs them by the arm and throws them over her shoulder to the ground. This move is first used to defeat a smuggler during the second Hero Work-Studies. Spacewalk (スペースウォーク, Supēsuwōku?): Using her grappling hooks, Ochaco hooks onto an opponent and reels herself in, closing the distance between herself and her opponent, all while under the effects of Zero Gravity.[7

Ochaco Uraraka Equipment

Hero Costume: All aspects of Ochaco's Hero Costume were made for the sole purpose of helping Ochaco minimize the negative effects of her Quirk.

Uraraka Helmet (うららかメット, Uraraka Metto?): This equipment reduces the stimulation of the semicircular canals located inside each ear.[8] Uraraka Wrists (うららかリスト, Uraraka Risuto?): This equipment's interior contains a device that clamps down and releases like a blood pressure gauge, stimulating the pressure points around the wrist area that suppress nausea.[8] They have recently been upgraded to include a number of grappling hooks, inspired by Blackwhip.[9] Uraraka Neck (うららかネック, Uraraka Nekku?): This equipment stimulates the pressure points around the neck area, thereby reducing headaches.[8] Uraraka Leg (うららかレッグ, Uraraka Reggu?): This equipment's design was to break her fall from elevation. The sole at her toes is equipped with a shock-absorbing cushion and her heel contains a reinforced spring to soften the shock.[8]

Tsuyu Asui info

Tsuyu Asui (蛙あ吹すい梅雨つゆ, Asui Tsuyu?), also known as the Rainy Season Hero: Froppy (梅雨入りヒーローフロッピー, Tsuyuiri Hīrō Furoppī?), is a student in Class 1-A at U.A. High School, training to become a Pro Hero.

Tsuyu Asui Appearance

Tsuyu is a short girl of a relatively slender build and has notably large hands. Her appearance is rather frog-like; she has a wide mouth, which dips down a little in the middle just like a common frog, and oval-shaped eyes with large, black irises, their lower eyelashes visibly pronounced. Amongst her family, Tsuyu's frog-like traits are the least pronounced. She also demonstrates some frog-like mannerisms, such as hopping on all fours instead of running and holding herself in a way that is somewhat connotative of a frog.

Her hair is a dark sea-green color and is very long, reaching to her waist with the ends tied together at the bottom in a large bow of hair. She has two shoulder-length clumps framing her face and shorter bangs between her eyes, some partially swept to each side.

During her time in Salty Banks Middle School, she wore a plain white long sleeved seifuku with a dark blue Kansai collar, cuffs, and skirt, a double white trim on the cuffs and Kansai collar, paired with a red mixed with blue and white scarf that is tied below, and sporting black knee high socks and brown outdoor school shoes. She also wears a cyan collared scarf with dark green polka dots.

Her hero costume consists of a bright green turtleneck bodysuit, tan-colored gloves with large green buckles on each wrist guard, and two matching belts, one above her breasts, a strap at either side going around her shoulders, and one around her waist, little holes embedded into it all the way around. Two black lines run down her suit, each framed with a yellow outline, and she wears tight black boots with yellow markings in the shape of a "V" on her thighs and green webbed flippers resembling frogs' toes on her feet. She wears a headband with a color matching that of her gloves and goggles with dark green-tinted lenses attached on either side and a thin dark green mask that goes along the middle of her face.

Her winter costume isn't significantly different, though she now wears a ring around her

Tsuyu Asui Personality

Tsuyu is straightforward and aloof, speaking bluntly from her mind and freely expressing what she thinks about others. Tsuyu prefers to be called "Tsu", but only by people she views as friends.[1] She commonly refers to everyone with the honorific "-chan", save for teachers and other authority figures.

Tsuyu's parents were always busy at work, requiring her to become the caretaker of her two younger siblings at a young age. Under these circumstances, Tsuyu grew into a highly mature and responsible individual who could divide her attention between school and home duties without letting one intervene with the other. This balance also means that Tsuyu knows how to lead and look after people, keeping them safe and at ease if they don't feel so. She has strong morals, goals, and principles and is willing to oppose her friends to defend them from rash decisions. When several members of Class 1-A agreed to rescue Katsuki Bakugo after the Vanguard Action Squad Invasion, Tsuyu was the most outspoken against it, asserting that acting on their emotions and breaking the law to rescue him made them essentially the same as Villains.[2]Tsuyu is noticeably calm and collected, staying levelheaded and focused even during the most stressful situations. An honor student since middle school, Tsuyu has excellent judgment, can communicate her intentions easily, and is rarely moved by emotion, making her an incredibly dependable ally capable of covering for a partner's weaknesses. For those reasons, Recovery Girl describes her as a "perfect pillar of emotional support".[3] However, even Tsuyu has limits when it comes to staying composed, having broken down in despair or heartbreak a few times. Her words may also come off as unintentionally harsh, thanks to her blunt honesty, resulting in her feeling guilty and regretful when she speaks out against her friends. Following Katsuki's rescue, Tsuyu felt severely ashamed over her choice of words regarding her classmates wanting to save him, to the point where she couldn't face them out of guilt afterwards, until the situation was resolved with help from Ochaco Uraraka.

Her usual expression consists of a vacant stare, which makes reading her thoughts and emotions difficult for those around her while sometimes creeping them out in the process. Tsuyu habitually tips her finger against her mouth while speaking, pondering, or showing curiosity. She tends to say "ribbit", emulating a frog's croaking, at the end of her sentences or as a replacement for many of her single-word replies.

During the Final War, Tsuyu has matured somewhat with her beliefs, becoming less rigid as a result. She admitted to Himiko Toga that she initially thought following the rules made someone a hero and that breaking them made them a villain. Even so, she pleads with Himiko to let Ochaco talk with her, signifying that despite it being much more challenging than simply capturing or killing her, Ochaco is putting the rules to one side to try and reach out to her.[4]

Tsuyu Asui Abilities

Overall Abilities: Tsuyu has proven herself to be a highly capable individual. Using the frog-based abilities granted by her Quirk, Tsuyu has proficiency in close and long-range combat. She employs a fighting style that involves a great amount of agility and powerful leaps to evade, surprise, and confuse her opponents, as well as using her increased leg strength to deliver powerful kicks. Tsuyu can also use her elongated tongue in a grappling or whip-like fashion to subdue her opponents. In addition, Tsuyu excels in aquatic environments; her frog-like anatomy lets her move freely through water without losing strength or agility like most people. This proficiency makes Tsuyu pivotal in missions involving rescuing victims or clashing with opponents in underwater environments. Tsuyu also possesses great camaraderie, effectively combining her Quirk abilities with anyone with whom she is paired. Tsuyu is a very outstanding student with little to no weaknesses and can provide support to anyone, even those as powerful as Izuku Midoriya, Shoto Todoroki, Fumikage Tokoyami, and Tenya Ida. Her overall abilities make her one of the strongest female students in her class.

Tsuyu's abilities garnered the attention of Nejire Hado, the third strongest student of U.A. High School's Big 3, who recommended both Tsuyu and Ochaco to intern alongside her under the tutelage of Ryukyu, the No. 10 (formerly No. 9) Pro Hero. At the beginning of the Shie Hassaikai Raid, the Ryukyu Squad acted as the first line of defense against Rikiya Katsukame of the Eight Bullets and were able to subdue him successfully. During the first round of the Joint Training Battle, Tsuyu demonstrated the mettle to take on Jurota Shishida, one of the strongest students in Class 1-B, but couldn't keep up with the latter's enhanced prowess. Afterward, Tsuyu used her incredible leg strength to break through the scale armor of Hiryu Rin, send him flying into Jurota (who was being subdued by Hitoshi Shinso), and secure victory for her team. In the Final War, due to past experiences, Tsuyu was personally selected alongside Ochaco to confront and subdue Himiko Toga.

Enhanced Stamina: Tsuyu obtained impressive stamina through intense training. After having her stamina siphoned by a Trigger-enhanced Rikiya, Tsuyu was still able to hold her own against the Yakuza member for 20 minutes until the Trigger drug wore off, allowing the Ryukyu Squad to defeat him once and for all.

Keen Intellect: Tsuyu has proven very intelligent, scoring 6th place in the mid-terms, showcasing her academic proficiency.[5] She is also very analytical, as demonstrated in the U.S.J. Incident, in which she not only deduced the Quirk similarities between Izuku and All Might but also surmised the League of Villains may have an effective way to carry out their plan to kill All Might. Her speculation was later confirmed in the form of a Nomu. With her level-headedness and analytical skills, Tsuyu successfully helped Izuku and Minoru escape from the water villains surrounding the Flood Zone's trinity. For the First Term Final Exam, Tsuyu and Fumikage were about to fail against Ectoplasm, but Tsuyu, avoiding the instructor's attention, had Fumikage use Dark Shadow to close the gap between him and the replicating hero, to discreetly handcuff the latter, enabling the students to pass the exam. During the first round of the Joint Training Battle, Tsuyu took advantage of Jurota's enhanced sense of smell by coating her remaining teammates, Denki and Hitoshi, in mucus so that their scents would match her own, making the trio indiscernible to Jurota.

Tsuyu Asui Quirk

Frog (蛙かえる, Kaeru?): Tsuyu's Quirk gives her a frog's physiology and allows her to do anything a frog can, giving her abilities such as:

Enhanced swimming abilities. Hopping at long distances. Extending her tongue up to a maximum of 20 meters (63 feet) (which is strong enough to lift an entire person's body weight). Sticking to walls. Ejecting/washing her stomach. Camouflaging herself. Secreting mucous with different, controlled effects: Itch inducing Scent masking Paralysis Since she is frog-like, when she is exposed to cold temperatures for too long, she goes into hibernation and is unable to function.

As part of her training, Tsuyu worked out all the muscles in her body, including her tongue, by rock climbing on the side of a cliff while having her elongated tongue remain in place at the top of the structure.

Ultimate Moves Camouflage (保ほ護ご色しょく, Hogoshoku?): Tsuyu uses her frog-like body to match the temperature and color of her surroundings in order to mask her presence. Meteor Fafrotskies (メテオファフロッキーズ, Meteo Fafurokkīzu?): Tsuyu and Ochaco work together to float debris and throw it at the enemies. Froppy Hopper (フロッピーホッパー, Furoppīhoppā?): Tsuyu uses her frog-like body to hop to extreme heights

Tsuyu Asui Equipment

Equipment Camouflage Costume: Tsuyu's hero costume changes colors along with her, blending in with her surroundings when she uses her Camouflage ability.

Froggy Neck Ring: The neck ring attaches to the back of her wet-suit and wraps around her neck. Both ends of the ring have two yellow muffs, modeled after a frog's inflated cheeks, that wrap around Tsuyu's neck. The ring automatically regulates her body temperature.

Kyoka Jiro Info

Kyoka Jiro (耳郎 響香), also known as the Hearing Hero: Earphone Jack (ヒアヒーロー イヤホン=ジャック, Hia Hīrō Iyahon Jakku), is a major protagonist in the My Hero Academia franchise.

Kyoka is a student at the prestigious U.A. High School training to become a Professional Hero. She is a part of Class 1-A of the Heroes Studies course. Jiro's quirk, Earphone Jack, affords her with long, controllable earlobes that function like headphone cables.

She is voiced by Kei Shindō in the Japanese version of the anime, and by Trina Nishimura in the English version. Her singing voice in both versions was provided by Chrissy Costanza.

Kyoka Jiro Appearance

Kyoka is a medium height girl with a slim build, lazy looking black eyes with small pupils and short, dark purple hair with an asymmetrical fringe and two chin-length bangs on either side. One of her most notable features is her Earphone Jacks hanging off each of her ears, due to her Quirk.

Sometimes, instead of the U.A blazer, Kyoka wears the waistcoat.

Her hero costume consists of a black jacket, ending at her waist and the sleeves at her wrists, a pale red shirt with large rips at the hem-line and collar. She sports large black boots to use her Quirk with. Kyoka also wears a plain black choker, black tights, white fingerless gloves and two red tear-drop shaped marks below her eyes.

Kyoka Jiro Personality

Kyoka is a straight-forward and calm girl who, despite her usually unenthusiastic demeanour, has a teasing side towards others, most notably Denki Kaminari who finds his dumbed-out and short-circuited face to be funny. Despite this, she is friendly towards most her classmates and enjoys hanging out with them.

Kyoka can be aggressive when angered, often using her Earphone Jacks to punish those who get on her bad side, key examples being Denki Kaminari and Minoru Mineta during their perverted antics. While often coming off as cold however, Kyoka does also have an insecure side towards her own traits, being self-conscious of her appearance and being slightly affected when Mineta didn't comment about her while trying to peek on the girls.

Kyoka is also protective of Momo, as she tried to cover her from Denki when Momo's clothing was damaged and her breasts were exposed, and punched Hanta when she accidentaly mocked Momo's quirk, demanding him to apologize to her.

When the occasion arises, Kyoka can also prove to be surprisingly intelligent, able to utilize Kaminari's Electrification Quirk to defeat villains at the USJ by using her classmate as a "human stun-gun". She also came up with the idea of using Koda's Quirk to use bugs to defeat Present Mic during the Final Exams.

Furthermore, Kyoka also possessed a complex regarding her passion for rock music and became embarrassed and reluctant when others inquired about it. It's revealed that this was because she perceived her passion as being unrelated to heroism, but eventually became motivated when taking the role of head singer during the School Festival. After this, Kyoka completely overcame this mentality and proved herself to be a great singer.

Momo Yaoyorozu info

Momo Yaoyorozu (八百万 百, Yaoyorozu Momo), also known by her hero name, Everything Hero: Creati, is a major protagonist of the My Hero Academia franchise.

She is the vice president of Class 1-A at U.A. High School where she got in through official recommendations and is training there to become a Pro Hero.

She is voiced by Marina Inoue in the Japanese version of the anime, who also voiced Yoko Littner form Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, and by Colleen Clinkenbeard in the English version, who also voiced Monkey D. Luffy from One Piece and Erza Scarlet from Fairy Tail.

Momo Yaoyorozu appearance

Momo is a tall and beautiful teenage girl with waist-length black hair (when let down) that is often styled back in a spiky ponytail with a chin-length hair strand usually hanging on the right side, thin onyx-colored eyes that is accompanied by short eyebrows where it is usually set in a determined expression and she possesses a rather mature physique for her age. Due to her Quirk’s need for fat cells, she prioritized keeping her figure fuller than her peers.

She wears three different outfits:

During school time, she is often seen wearing her traditional school uniform. Her hero costume consists of a red, sleeveless leotard with white lines and vertical split that exposes her body a little and ends right under her navel and two gold utility belts around her waist. She also dons matching red heeled boots. Her winter costume includes her standard costume, as well as incorporating a red cloak with a ring and red gemstone.

Momo Yaoyorozu personality

Momo is a dedicated and highly intelligent girl with the determination to become a Pro Hero and she commonly shows herself to be one of the most intellectual in Class 1-A having come first place in the midterm exams. Despite coming from a very wealthy family and background, Momo is by no means snobbish as she is friendly and interactive with the rest of her class and showed to be eager to hold a study session at her residence.

During this, her bubbly and supportive attitude shined through most while lecturing her classmates and helping them improve. Given that her Quirk Creation, requires her to know the molecular structure of whatever she's making, her intelligence is only highlighted by her handling of this power. She is undoubtedly one of the smartest students in Class 1-A, if not the smartest. While her costume was intentionally designed to be revealing, it is shown that Momo is rather innocent when it comes to such matters as such she's often annoyed by the perverted schemes of Minoru Mineta, referring to them as despicable and even considered Mineta to be the worst due to him sticking on her back during the Sports Festival. In other words, she has no intention of showing off her looks and her outfit is only for maximizing the effectiveness of her Quirk.

After being defeated in the Sports Festival, as well as endearing an internship with Uwabami, only being scouted alongside Itsuka Kendo for being attractive enough to be in her commercial. Momo loses confidence in herself and becomes hesitant and nervous during the final exams, seeing herself as not strong enough. However, her confidence is restored with the help of Shoto Todoroki who helps her overcome this and pass.

Momo Yaoyorozu Quirk

Quirk Creation: Momo's Quirk allows her to create any non-living object or material as long as she knows the molecular structure of whatever she is making. This works by her transforming her lipids and fat cells into her creations, meaning that calories essentially act as production material. Momo is capable of creating anything she thinks of as long as she has the structure and design in mind. It has shown to take longer to create objects of bigger size.

Due to Creation using Momo's body fat (likely the reason for her slim figure), she is required to eat more in order to replenish strength for her Quirk. Furthermore, overusing this power can result in Momo becoming frail, skinny and possibly anemic.

Overall Abilities: Momo is a recommended student, which implies that she must have a very good level of skill. Her abilities earned her 1st place in the Quirk Apprehension Test, an impressive feat considering almost all her classmates had at least one superhuman result and the end result was cumulative of all eight tests. Momo was able to hold her own against Fumikage Tokoyami for short period of time during the U.A. Sports Festival.

Bukijutsu: Momo can skillfully wield several weapons to use against her opponent, for both offensive and defensive purposes, primarily bo staffs. Her bojutsu is quite remarkable, which allows her to knock out a large group of villains, as shown during the assault on the U.S.J.

Genius Intellect: Momo is ranked to have S-class intelligence, being a genius. Her analytical skills are strong, easily devising strategies and plans in battle and urgent situations, which she has no trouble putting in motion due to her Quirk's versatility. Academically speaking, Momo is highly efficient, having been ranked 1st place in the mid-terms of her class, and understanding the composition of anything she wishes to create using her Quirk. The latter is a complicated task for even the simplest materials. Regardless, Momo commonly uses the objects from her Quirk to provide auxiliary support for her allies, as well as blindside her opponents, making her a very crafty individual, and reliable comrade. What she lacks in raw strength and destructive power, she makes up for with her ingenuity. When she was paired with Shoto Todoroki, against Eraser Head for the Final Exams, she realized that the Eraser Hero's Erasure Quirk has a smaller time limit due to the injury he received from Nomu at U.S.J, and capitalized on that small interval to blindside Eraser Head and secure victory for her and Shoto.

During the Joint Training Battle, Momo demonstrated her ability to anticipate unexpected circumstances; she took notice of the opposing team having a two-fold plan. Shoto even stated that thinking and planning under pressure or in times of crisis is Momo's area of expertise. She also has good judgment, being fully aware that once Itsuka Kendo took the match to her own strong suit: close-quarters combat, Momo herself wouldn’t stand a chance. Even when overpowered by Itsuka, Momo effectively blindsided the big-fisted heroine by creating a cannon at point-blank range, making it look like she was going to fire it at the latter. Taking advantage of Itsuka's startled reaction, Momo quickly turned the cannon in another direction and fired her lucky bag over the wall of letters to give extra support to her teammates. Even though Momo provided assistance to her teammates, she was incapacitated by Itsuka, but not before the recommended student managed to tie herself to the latter before losing consciousness.

Teaching Ability: Momo is considered an extremely good tutor by her peers, holding several study classes for other members of Class 1-A. The results have been noticeable judging by the U.A.'s First Term Final Exam, where none of the low-grade students failed in the written exam.

Mina Ashido info

Mina Ashido (芦あし戸ど三み奈な, Ashido Mina?), also known as Pinky (ピンキー, Pinkī?), is a student in Class 1-A at U.A. High School, training to become a Pro Hero.

Mina Ashido appearance

Mina is a girl of medium height, possibly set a little more broadly than some of her other female classmates, with, according to her profile, "healthy thighs". Due to her Quirk, her skin is a light shade of pink, and she has somewhat square-shaped eyes with black sclerae and yellow irises and notably long eyelashes below and around the sides of her eyes. Minoru Mineta once commented that "she's got a super athletic body."

Her face is framed by short fluffy, unruly pink hair slightly darker than her skin. She also has two thin pale yellow horns protruding from her head, hooked squarely and leaning diagonally to opposite sides, which seem to be slightly flexible, able to bend a bit to each side.

During the Final War, Mina pushed her acid viscosity to the max, which resulted in her horns growing in length and straightening out, while the skin on the left side of her body became lighter due to overuse upon using Acidman: Alma. Noticeably, she has also lost some of the black in the sclera of her left eye.

During her time in Mustafa Private Middle School, her uniform was a plain white seifuku with a black Kansai collar and skirt, a single white trim on both, paired with a red scarf that is tied below, and sporting white knee high socks and brown outdoor school shoes.

Her hero costume consists of a plain white mask with thin lines over her eyes and a purple and turquoise skin-tight bodysuit with a camouflage pattern, ending just above her breasts. Over this, she wears a cropped, sleeveless, tan-colored waistcoat with white fur along its collar, which she leaves unbuttoned. She wears custom made plum violet and beige acid-proof boots with holes in the soles, allowing her to secrete acid from her feet to slide around.

Mina Ashido appearance

The winter version of her costume is very similar, the only difference being that she replaces her usual waistcoat with another, which is slightly longer and has sleeves down to her elbows. A large hexagonal patch with a purple letter 'P' (standing for her hero name "Pinky") stitched onto the shoulder of each sleeve. The fur lining is on both her collar and hem, along with being thicker and wider, and is joined in the center by two clasps instead of being undone like the rest of her jacket.

From the Paranormal Liberation War and onwards, her waistcoat is a combination of both her regular and winter outfit, with the fur lining being on the hem of jacket now.

Mina Ashido Personality

Mina's cheerful personality. Mina is a cheerful and easygoing girl who usually displays a smile. Highly social and excitable, she loves to hang out with her friends and is shown to become very upset when denied an opportunity to be at a gathering. She possesses a strong fashion sense and likes to go shopping.

Due to her athleticism and energy, Mina enjoys and is very skilled at dancing. Her demeanor becomes more strict and perfectionist when teaching others how to dance, in direct contrast to her usual happy-go-lucky nature. She is known to use her dancing to somehow pacify even those who have bad relationships with others. Mina struggling with studies. Mina's academic performance is quite poor, with Mina goofily laughing about it despite showing clear anxiety and frustration. Because of that, she is often viewed as an airhead by her classmates (second only to Denki Kaminari). However, Mina can show dedication to her studies if she gets proper tutoring.

Mina is extremely courageous and is viewed as an ideal personality for hero work. Before entering U.A., Mina would condemn bullying in middle school and even convinced some bullies to come around with her upbeat and friendly attitude. She can also put her life on the line to save others, even if she can't deal with the fear afterwards. This stalwart attitude was seen when she lied to Gigantomachia to protect her friends from the behemoth’s anger and successfully got the giant to leave, just before collapsing into tears of fear and relief, showing that the ordeal had terrified her as well.

Mina is somewhat of a romantic and holds a lot of interest over other people's love lives, to the point of being obnoxiously curious and intrusive about them. Her suspicions, however, tend to be rather baseless most of the time, as she seems to view any instance of a pairing as possible proof of a relationship regardless of compatibility.

Mina Ashido Abilities

Mina's camaraderie with her teammates overpowers the students of Class 1-B. Overall Abilities: Despite having minimal combat abilities, Mina makes up for it with her Quirk proficiency and incredible reaction time. Her abilities allowed her to earn 9th place in the Quirk Apprehension Test. Mina has demonstrated a good handle on the applications of her Acid Quirk, using the acid she creates as cover fire for her allies and employing it in various ways. Mina can also control the levels of solubility and viscosity of her acid. She lowers solubility and ensures that her Quirk doesn't become lethal against most living beings. And by raising viscosity, Mina can generate extremely slimy acid that acts as a protective barrier by gluing it to surfaces. Mina is said to have difficulties facing human adversaries due to not fully mastering her Quirk's corrosive properties, so she's more comfortable battling inorganic foes.[3] Besides her Quirk handling, Mina reflexes surpass most of Class 1-A's students while being the best out of the female members of the said class.[1] Examples include Mina easily dodging Yuga Aoyama's laser attacks, and later on at the Provisional Hero License Exam, with precise flicks, melt several high-speed target balls launched toward her. Mina showcases her improvement by using her Acid Quirk as armor for melee combat.

Mina showcases her improvement by using her Acid Quirk as armor for melee combat. During the Joint Training Battle, Mina showcased her improvement, effectively switching between different acid-based techniques, while executing unorthodox, yet impeccable teamwork with Minoru. On Nabu Island, Mina and Fumikage Tokoyami tag-teamed against Slice, wherein Mina successfully weakened the red-haired villainess, and used her agility to evade the majority of the latter’s hair assault. Her abilities eventually garnered the attention of the Equipped Hero: Yoroi Musha, allowing Mina to intern under the now former No. 9 Pro Hero and improve her offensive and defensive abilities. In the Final War, Mina successfully melted through Gigantomachia's armored skin, which is an impressive feat given that Gigantomachia's exterior is nearly indestructible. Mina shows her dancing skills. Dancing Talent: Mina is extremely skilled at dancing, capable of pulling break-dance moves with little effort. She can also teach an amateur to become a decent dancer quickly. Izuku Midoriya has noted that her dancing expertise means she possesses excellent body control: thus, her quick reflexes and skill in close quarters combat.[4]

Mina Ashido Quirk

Acid (酸さん, San?): Mina's Quirk allows her to produce a corrosive liquid from her body. She can control the solubility and viscosity of this corrosive liquid. There is a limit to how long she can produce the corrosive liquid until her skin gradually loses its natural resistance to it. Overusing her Quirk or pushing it too far can also be fatal, as it dehydrates her body very fast.

Mina can use her acid offensively, but has shown utility with it as well, such as melting handholds for herself to climb with. She is also known to secrete a non-corrosive version of the acid from her feet in order to slide around.

As part of her training, Mina constantly produced acid in order to increase her skin's durability, namely towards the corrosive properties of her Quirk.

Mina Ashido

Acid Veil. Acid Veil (アシッドベール , Ashiddobēru?): Mina's special move. By maximizing her acid's solubility and viscosity, Mina creates a gelatinous acid wall that blocks incoming projectiles. Mina's Acid Veil was strong enough to block hardened balls (which were stronger than concrete) with ease. Acid Shot (アシッドショット, Ashiddo Shotto?): Mina fires a hail of acidic bullets over a widespread area from above to shower down on to her opponents.[5] Acid Layback (アシッドレイバック, Ashiddo Reibakku?): Mina projects acid from her shoes to dissolve the surface of the ground beneath her and make it easier to spin on the spot. With the enhanced momentum of her super-fast spin, she can throw projectiles with massively increased force.[5] Grape-Pinky Combo Mineta Bounce (グレープピンキーコンボ 跳はね峰みね田た, Gurēpu Pinkī Konbo - Hane Mineta?): After Mina uses Acid Lay-back to spin on the spot and Minoru lays down multiple Pop Off Spheres on the ground and walls, Mina throws Minoru with great force so that he bounces from sphere to sphere. As he is flying through the air and bouncing off of each sphere, he can throw more Pop Off Spheres from his head onto his opponents while making it difficult to be hit back.[5] Acidman (アシッドマン, Ashiddoman?): After increasing the viscosity of her Quirk, Mina generates a large amount of acid that takes a vaguely anthropomorphic form that covers her entire body. This technique has defensive properties since every attack against Mina will be dissolved by the powerful acid that protects her. Alma (ALMAアルマ, Aruma?): After increasing the acidity of her Quirk to the maximum, Mina flings her Acidman at an opponent.[6]

Prompt

Toru Hagakure: Ever since all the stuff in Gunga and Jaku... you've been down in the dumps. I mean, we all felt that way. But still... I had to wonder why you haven't smiled once since Midoriya came back to us. I was just worried...

Ochaco Uraraka: When I saw him struggling, with the odds stacked against him... it got me thinking... Who protects the heroes when they need protecting?

Tsuyu Asui: I'm not weeping and moping around anymore. Because you matter to me. You're my friend, and when we're scared, we tremble together. When times are tough, we cry together. So, if you're dead set on being some comic book superhero... then Class A... won't let you live that fantasy alone.

Momo Yaoyorozu: We've got to start at the bottom and work up! And if we don't earnestly cheer each other on... we'll never be top heroes!

Mina Ashido: I know all about fear, cuz I'm weak! That weakness makes me wanna form packs and get close with people. That goes for our side, and your side too... that's what... defines us, right?
