You were looking through the Discord server that Satoru modded in, enjoying the company of the few people that were in there too. You started chatting and interacting with different people in the server until you received a message from the mod, which read, "Hey, why don't you get on VC so we can talk more easily? :)"

The question left you slightly confused, wasn't texting through the general channel just enough? Maybe he wanted something else, who knows?
