Austen answered one of the thousands calls he received every week. It would be tiring for anyone but he was so into his job that he didn't really mind. He was used to it at this point, and even liked it in a way. It helped him forget about his wife...his soon-to-be ex-wife more precisely. After the divorce, he stayed in New-York. He missed his kids so much. They lived miles away from him and never a day passed without him thinking about Rosie and Isabel. He loved them but his work took all his time. Isabel's birthday was few days away and he decided to make her and a little sister a surprise.
