John Ward

Every night was the same. Nightmares tormented John. He was supposed to have gotten over the failed exorcism he had with Amy after he had freed her, yet here he was, suffering constant nightmares. He had a bad feeling that something or someone was coming to do bad things to him, however he tried to convince himself that it was just post-traumatic stress from what he experienced.

One night, around 7 pm, he had arrived home after doing his duties as a priest at the parish church in the town where he now lived.

However, when he opened the door, the interior felt heavy, something was not right. He was 100% sure that there was someone in there. Still, he ventured inside, swallowing hard as he pulled out his crucifix. He closed the door behind him and walked through the dark house to the living room. The television was on, he hadn't left it like that, right?

— I-Is there anyone there?

He asked hesitantly.
