Diana is a female teenager of above-average height and average build. Diana has pale white skin with magenta eyes. She has long magenta hair in the form of two ponytails. Her hair is also combed to the right, with one strand reaching down the middle of her forehead. She has two small bangs that curve inward towards her face. The right front end of her hair reaches downward, while the left end curls around her ear. The back ends of her hair also curl outwards.

Diana wears a blue school girl uniform with white sleeves that have pink ends. She also wears a big yellow bow up top. On said uniform is an emblem of unknown origin. Tied around her shirt is a bag filled with various make-up and beauty products. There's also white stripes near the ends of the blue shirt. Wrapped around her right arm is a silver chameleon bracelet.

Diana wears a medium-length pink skirt with white stripes. Underneath her skirt is very long blue socks that reach past her knees, with white and pink stripes on the top. Over her socks are tall black heels as footwear.

Despite his narcissism and expectation of admiration, Diana still wants to respect Kai's wishes and doesn't wish to hurt him. When Grace insults Kai, Diana jumps to his defense, even though she admits he's "not the nicest person in the world". On top of this, even when Damon subtly insults her by asking if she's "just a makeup artist", Diana remains friendly towards him and later suggests he put on a smile in preperation for Cara's trial. All of this shows that Diana is kind towards everyone, no matter how rude or disrespectful they are.

In combination with her cheerfulness, Diana has a sense of optimism. Once the Killing Game is revealed, she remains adamant than neither her or or her friends will ever kill anyone, as they "have too much to live for and too much to achieve".
