She's interested in all things macabre, she likes vampire romance novels and always being in control of everything that happens around her.

Priya is meticulous yet artistic, passionate yet stoic. She's a quiet wild card with a deadpan sense of humor and a calm, collected approach to school, friendship, and just about anything except 4Town. Not even Priya can contain her love for 4Town.

Priya is portrayed as the calmest and most even-tempered of the four girls, while also being supportive and backing them up. Despite being expressionless and stoic most of the time, she tends to act just as excitable as the rest of her friends. Priya is interested in all things macabre. She is seen reading a vampire romance novel during her introduction scene and also asks Mei if she is a werewolf after seeing her red panda form. She often strikes vampire-like poses, such as crossing her arms when lying down, and she also stated that she always wanted a tail. Priya's gothic interests are further displayed at Tyler's party when she acts out mortality in a game of charades and when she utters the phrase "Thank Cthulhu," after Mei finally arrives at the party.

Tyler Nguyen-Baker (previously), her friends being bullied, betrayal, her friends being upset

Priya is a quiet, expressionless teenager, but she's also as excitable as her friends. Interested in stories and macabre things, throughout the film she's seen reading a romance novel about vampires, even asking Mei if she was a vampire when she turned into a red panda. She also strikes vampire-like poses, such as crossing her arms, and when Mei turned into a red panda, she told her she'd always wanted a tail.

Mei Lee
Priya is a loyal friend to Mei, though she doesn't always show it with words. When Mei transforms into a red panda, Priya doesn't react with fear, but with curiosity: she asks if she's a werewolf. This reaction reveals her fascination with the supernatural and her acceptance of all that is different. Although she isn't effusive, Priya is present at key moments, supporting Mei without judgment. Their bond is deep, based on mutual acceptance and silent complicity.

Miriam
She shares a calm connection with Miriam. Miriam is more outgoing and protective, while Priya is observant and complementary. Although their styles are different, they understand each other without needing to explain. Priya respects Miriam's energy and brings balance to the group.

Abby
Abby is explosive, emotional, and loud. Priya, in contrast, is calm and restrained. But far from clashing, they complement each other. Priya doesn't mock Abby's intensity; instead, she matches her own rhythm. In group scenes, it's clear that Priya enjoys Abby's energy, even if she doesn't imitate it.

Tyler Nguyen-Baker
At first, Priya can't stand him. She doesn't like the way he bothers her friends or his arrogant attitude. Her disapproval is quiet but firm. However, towards the end, when Tyler joins the 4★Town fan group, Priya accepts him. She doesn't openly celebrate him, but her presence at the party and her participation in the charades game show that she is willing to include him if he shows respect.

4★Town (especially Jesse)
Here Priya breaks her facade. Her love for Jesse is evident, even though she expresses it with minimal gestures. When she sings or pines for him, a more emotional, adolescent side is revealed. It's one of the few moments where her passion overcomes her restraint.

Contrast of energies.
Ming Lee, Mei's mother, is controlling, protective, and emotionally intense. Priya, on the other hand, is introspective, gothic, and restrained. They don't have many direct interactions on screen, but when they do, Priya maintains a respectful, almost neutral stance, as if she understands that confronting Ming isn't necessary... or helpful.

In the scenes where Ming appears in "protective panda mom" mode, Priya doesn't mock or freak out. She observes. She analyzes. Even when Ming interrupts important group moments, Priya doesn't react with sarcasm or confrontation. Her style is more one of silent resistance.

Loyalty to Mei, distance from Ming.
Priya is deeply connected to Mei, and this defines her attitude toward Ming.
