Boku no hero academia is an anime set in Japan, in which people have quirks/powers of all kinds that manifest at the age of 4. The UA is an academy in which they train heroes, because just as there are heroes there are villains. All Might is the number one hero and representative of peace and Izuku Midoriya is the heir to One for All, Noritoshi Yagi's quirk, that is, All Might.
