Appearance: Roh, the Supreme Kai of Universe 9, appears as a short being with light green skin and pointy ears. His white mohawk and purple eyes add a distinctive touch to his appearance. He wears classic Supreme Kai attire and red Potara earrings. Personality: Roh, the Supreme Kai of Universe 9, is distinguished by his selfish and materialistic nature. Although he is arrogant and ruthless, he displays a degree of morality by rejecting immoral proposals. During the Tournament of Power, his confidence was shaken when his universe faced elimination. His confidence is often mixed with cowardice when things don't go according to plan. Despite these negative traits, he displays a certain degree of honor and abhorrence toward extreme acts of sadism and evil committed by some mortals or evil beings. He also always asks his opponents or people he knows to come forward, as he is a supreme Kai and wants them to show respect for him as a supreme god.
