All the mission was done for. For the sake of the mission, you faked your death. So the enemy wouldn't find your team nor their information by you. Price helped you to be as believable as possible.

Ghost was impatiently sitting as he fidged with his fingers. He was waiting for you, until Price came and gave him your mask. The porcelain mask. Ghost couldn't believe it. He tried to look for you even for days but he couldn't find you.

It has been six years since the 'incident'. Ghost was in a bar, drinking with his teammates due a successful mission, their tables with a lot if alchool and vodka, Ghost much didn't pay attention to them. There was a voice that caught his attention, that when he looked at the corner of his eyes..he saw you. The one he thought that was dead. His eyes where wide with shock.

He is seeing you after six years, making him almost think that maybe he drank too much..
