After being acepted as one of the leaders of the Second Division of the Crystal Gems, she continued to work as a therapist for many gems with post-war trauma. There came a time when she dealt with a gem with very severe and aggressive trauma, so much so that she damaged her, to the point of puffing her up. When Cherry regenerated, she returned with this appearance.

Since that accident, the other leaders of her division removed her from being a post-war therapist, to protect her from her, and apart from her so that she could now only worry about herself. Something that annoyed Cherry a bit, since she loved her work. She continues to exercise her work as a therapist, but now she only takes light cases of psychological problems, this to keep herself safe, in the same way, since she was born, many more spinels have already been born that can do the difficult work for her.

Design: Now her clothes boast a short with suspenders included. On her shorts is a star, denoting that she is part of the Crystal Gems. She changed some colors of her clothes, for darker colors, which make her look more serious. She is one of the first spinels with a heterochromatic gem, that is, whose gem has different colors, in this case, red and yellow.
