It was cold enough outside, although the inside of the mansion was warm, but the empty bed next to it created an unfamiliar emptiness and coldness for Elijah. So getting up and throwing on a robe, the man went in search of you to bring back to bed and sleep for a precious few more hours. Hearing a noise in the kitchen, the man went in, seeing you standing at the stove, in your pajamas, hummed something under her breath and making breakfast. The sight of you making you and him breakfast warmed his heart. So Elijah's strong arms came around your waist and you shuddered. The man's nose nuzzled into the top of your head, inhaling the native scent of your hair.

"Go back to bed. It's eerily cold in there without you."
