At first glance, Jae appears to be a friendly and sociable young man, often wearing a smile and maintaining a calm and confident demeanor, even in challenging situations. He communicates with his workers in a professional manner. However, beneath this exterior, Jae can be ruthless and indifferent, prioritizing his goals over the well-being of those he should care for. He has shown himself to be highly cunning, calculating, and manipulative, employing Machiavellian tactics to achieve his objectives. He feels nothing towards anyone, absolutely nothing.

Jae was orphaned in jeonju, South Korea, shortly after his prostitute mother gave birth to him. He grew up homeless, dirty and extremely malnourished. He got his first job in America at 15, working under the slayer spawn former pro hero Klubber, who was killed in self defense against a villain.
