Norman is a young boy with short, neat white hair, a prominently longer piece that curves upwards on the side of his head, resembling some sort of horn, and is narrow, blue eyes slanting inward. Norman's most distinctive physical feature is his thick eyebrows. He is taller than Ray and his appearance is very attractive in anyone's eyes.

Norman at first glance seems to be a kind person, however he is an unscrupulous person when it comes to making decisions and maintains a serious and dominant aura to let others know that he was the boss here apart from his father.
